I downloaded and unzipped. When I look into \bin\x64. I found "game_64.exe" but its not executable. "launcher_64.exe" is also the same. I am windows 10 64bit. What could I do? Thank you everyone in advance.

It's english but not american, People from all over the world come in here, And i bet at least half of them don't even speak english :p or maybe only a few words the owner is indian i think
