It's honestly not great. The controls are extremely clunky, the writing isn't very funny, the voicework is grating, the combat isn't very deep...it's basically just a time-waster for people with too much of it.

About the crash fix, you should remove the link because it doesnt work. As mentioned below, and who knows why, turning the date of the computer to 1st March worked for me and no more crash. I finally finish the game. thanks to the guy who discover it.

can someone tell me why my laptop keeps deleting emp.dll everytime i start my laptop new. i did make exception but when i updated the windows it deleted the emp from the game.
I had a lot of crashes whenever I tried flying. Tried the patch fix and everything else. For some reason this is the only thing that worked for me. Thanks!
I was having an issue where the game would crash quite often while I was flying, this didn't start happening until I had completed a good amount of the game, probably around half way through, I just set my FOV from 115 to 100 and I've had no crashes since. Hopefully this helps some of the people having problems.
Just mess around with the graphics, what I do with this problem is, set everything to the lowest settings and check if that is the problem, if you don't crash anymore, you know you can start messing around till you crash again :p
I tried everything since my wife reported me this weird crash although she got the most recent computer . I installed the patch described below and Ive just set the FOV to 100%. Nothing changed, it still crashes less often but still while flying. there is a work around for some of the trials in the Ares area Tried it several times to see if it happened every time in areas all the clouds I hit seem to close the game hitting some hydra heads will cause the game to close also using healing items more than 6 times close the game falling into the void too may times close the game seems the game is tracking your keystrokes/button presses in that area
Game works fine after install but when I restart my PC and boot the game it says can't launch EMP.DLL not found. Reinstalled the game can play it perfectly but again when I shut down or restart it repeats any fix?
copy your emp.dll file somewhere else and rename it not to be .dll (like emp.txt etc.) and when that happens, just rename it back to emp.dll and put it on the game's folder. or just turn off your anti virus program, set your window defender not to delete emp.dll file. hope this help
Anyone using Xbox Controller & the game keep crashing to desktop or shut down every 5-10mins gameplay. I have 3080 GPU, R9 3900X CPU, 48GB RAM. Was fine playing on other game only IFR is giving me this issues.

In my case, i found up that when flying the game crash when phosphor has to pop up. had to replay it without this bird and i had no crashes. Playing without phosphor is not really difficult anyways.
All flying beasts can be killed with magnetic power little ones can be attracted and big ones you can attract yourself to them and use sword or axe to land strikes. Plus you have arrows. But since i didn't finished the game yet i cannot tel if phosphor is needed or not later on.

I agree! The crash for me didn't happen until I reached certain locations. I think the core game has issues. Not to mention, I did make sure I have the latest drivers, Windows update and all that. Heard the same thing happening to a lot of other players as well. I don't know if they updated the game with a fix yet.
I had a lot of problems with the game crashing most the time when leaving any vault, for whatever reason when I moved all of the games' files onto an ssd it hasn't crashed once though, no clue why or if that's actually the reason it stopped.

have anyone run into problem with FPS ? it kinder strange for me to run into this issue .... my FPS is only 3 on medium preset and FPS 4 when i run high preset (?o?) my VGA is GTX 1070 and i play Nioh 2 in high preset with no problem. And i have update my driver to the latest.
I've been playing this game since the release of the crack and I had no problems what so ever. The only issue I had was that the windows antishit (antivirus) was removing the emp.dll file so I turned it off. In conclusion, if the game doesn't work for you, it's because you did something wrong or you have a potato PC.

Game was working but it stopped working the next day. I reinstalled it fresh on another drive and it is working again. I blocked incoming on the firewall. I hope it stays working!
many of you doesn't even get the point that the minimal working presets on actual computers are now whats anhlabara showing. Whats Steven Gu showed was the minimal presets to get the firsts windows 10 updates work. Now windows 10 need already at least 6gb to run smoothly.

on win 10 seems to launch just like others say with either "yes" "no" option has to load some info when the splash shows up and then more after the intro video plays, then even more when it looks for DLC. Finally has you setup your options and loads the main menu with A LOT of links to Ubisoft page and to buy coins.

played at max settings have some stuttering issues every 5-10 mnts, reduce the shadows to medium and the game runs smooth, not a single crash. easy puzzles but it just too many, combat is fun though. bored after 3-4 hours, 85% puzzles (to get valuable resources / gears) 15% combat... thx to empress the one that cracked rdr2...

Well, any DLC content after November 10 2018 is not included, I'm assuming, because the game uses Denuvo and the later versions are not cracked? Don't quote me on it but I'm pretty sure that's what happens.
Assassin's Creed Valhalla isn't cracked yet. This means they can't put it on the website until it got cracked. If you want to see other games and their crack status you can go on Crackwatch (https://crackwatch.com). They have all kinds of information about the games.
All I have to say about this is simply with the 20$ price point it is totally worth investing in Valhalla. If it cant be cracked yet, I still would suggest actually breaking down and buying this one. It has been an excellent game for me and I am very happy with the purchase. Not to mention that they have a roadmap released show 4 major updates due this year, It is a slow process because the developement team is made up of only 5 people.

There is one problem with Valhalla. It is secured by DENUVO. And the only person who knows how to crack it, took offense at everyone, and offended everyone around.
Eventually I'm still waiting for: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War (I like Campaigns), Valhalla and few others. The fewer capable Cracker/Coders on Scene (or next to it), the worse. So yeah, we'll probably see it someday, but it might be a really long time.
Suggest not tracking everything on the map. Just follow the story then explore something in front of your way, i find this is more fun than try to find every secret.
Since I do not want to search and read everything, I do not know exactly what this situation looks like. He'll continue working on his steam emulator but that's it, he too wants to get away from all this drama which is weird because when it started, he totally took EMPRESS's side but I guess he didn't know just how far this drama would go. nah your pc is fine.. the game is need a crackfix.. many people have the same problem with u.. crashing when opening map or when parry.. but the crackfix is imposible {because of the drama between empress and repacker.. and she claimed she was busted by police.. of course that was lying or part of her drama) but im still respect empress without her the denuvo will not be cracked... i know cpy is still active somewhere but cpy always missing in action ( cracking 3 game and whoosh dissappear again lmao)

Also i can Parry just fine. I really like this Game , it got some goods Twists and is not so boring like AC:Odyssey or Valhalla. I would give it an 7/10. I need to take 1.5Points out because of the GPU Performance as the Game doesnt look that great but is very demanding.
so downloaded the game, with the empress crack starts the game gets that pic as a loading and then just get closed by itself. updated the drivers, have run it as administrator, have try to run in with the cpu graphics, with the graphic card, compatible with windows 7, windows 8, windows 10, and still the same even that I have 16gb ram, i7 2670qm, gt 550m. anyone have any clue on what to try?

Later during the game, he also seems and acts feminine, so you can see that Developer making this game to get you to play with the female character, and the "men character" is there only coz - no outrage and there will be higher sales. It pissed me off. Personally, I love Women, the most naked, lying next to me.
Don't think it can be fixed. It's a bug within the crack itself. I have played the demo version, and everything worked perfectly fine there. No crashes at all, and parry key worked as expected.

READ THIS if you want to play this game: I have played it on and off lately (AMD CPU) for a few hours, and there are bugs present in this crack. The first one being if you try to parry the game closes instantly back to desktop and you have to restart it again. The second issue is that it often crash when you try to exit some areas you visit, and sometimes it crash when a cutscene plays (when you have obtained items in a blue dungeon), or after, just before it's supposed to show the loading screen with Fenyx flying in a blueish/black screen. Just so you all know.
Ubisoft should have make games with their own gameplay style instead of copying BoTW style. I'm still a fan of Assassin's Creed but this one... Pffffttttt
botw is a very popular game and many people want to play it but dont have the money for a $300 console and $60 game and others dont know how to emulate or own a pc i have around $300 hours on botw because i love the gameplay so much its nice to have another game similar to it. also the only things they seemed to copy are the blessings and shrines and a few other things from botw
genshin impact it's good to if you realy give it a chance nice fps very similar to botw and constant events and updates.I wanted to play fenyx before i buy it so I played the demo but it's too short and the crack it's a mess full of crashes.
How? weapons dont break, you only get 3 weapons with skins and some buffs, in botw you can take a weapon if a enemy has one and botw doesnt allow you to fight in the air or use a light and strong attacks at the same time. You also dont get the upgrades for combos actually from what i remember theres not combos in botw at all. the only things the took was the fury rush which only slows down time for a few seconds and slow time in the air for the bow
The puzzle is almost the same concept as BoTW. Climbing drains stamina. Fury rush. Using updraft to fly higher. Horse taming. I wish they have their own style. Btw, I'm already 6hours in the game doing some explorations. Maybe I'll stop when I get boring and continue with my Zero no Kiseki journey
horse taming isnt like botw at all in botw you can use many ways to get on a horses back and you need stamina to tame the horse in ifr you can only slowly go up on them and once you get on their back they are instantly tamed. climbing makes sense that it takes stamina so I would really call that a copy.
how? in ifr you cant find weapons on the ground only in chests and they ALL do the same amount of damage they only have a buff, you cant throw weapons. in BOTW you cant fight in the air you cant use a heavy attack unless you hold down the button the charge it and you cant upgrade your attacks. the only things that are the same is the slowed time for the bow in the air and slow time for a perfect dodge (not the same as the flury rush that locks you in and makes you attack), the parry system is about the same in every game also.
I just don't like games that copy other games. Even looks a little like Genshin Impact. But I still gonna try this. Maybe I'll enjoy this along the way.
It's alright. I mean it has it's fun moments but if you take all of the games it takes inspiration from or well seems to take inspiration from like God of War, AoC, and BotW, then it would be the Far Cry 5 of all of them. It's not bad and even fun, but it's not great either. It's cool. If you want something expansive or innovative then it's not for you, but if you wouldn't mind wasting a few hours here and there and don't have anything better to do, go for it. That's my take.

Man I remember getting it on 3ds just because my friends got it and I ended up grinding for the best weapons in online only to find you can get better ones replaying story missions and fusing them. The game was massively underrated and too good for its own good. It deserved a sequel, but I still have hope it will.

But if you look at other ubisoft games, yeah they also fit the "Lame" category, the assasin creed quests dialogues, are not so diferent from the elder scrolls npcs dialogues... there is no way people who lived 1000 ago would sound like educated college students when they are speaking... I still cant figure it out how this game quests and dialogues can be wrost than the ones in the AC games ?
Because the characters all present themselves as jokesters, even the villain does this. Every single line screams "How do you do fellow kids". Zeus is especially bad in this regard, everything he says is either a pun or a very lame joke, it's cringe to the max
If mechanics are similar yes they aren't ripped off. If it's the EXACT same mechanics done the EXACT same way then yes, it's very much a rip off. And the combat and gameplay mechanics here are EXACTLY the same as in BOTW. The only exception being your weapons don't break
Fair point on weapon variety, but I guess it doesn't really bother me since I'd probably wind up using just a sword, axe and bow combo for near the entire game just like I did in Odyssey. And I cannot express just how much joy it brings me to be in a big battle and not have to go through my limited armory made of wet wax paper, then get down to having to fight with a branch and hope it lasts till the fight is over. 🤐
Damn bro I always hoard weapons so that's never happened to me. That sucks, but that's whats cool about BotW, finding ways to kick ass. I've seen people slingshot boulders and stuff at just about any enemy with stasis.
Yeah that part is pretty sweet. The rest however...what bothers me the most is how bad the characters and dialogue are. Especially Zeus. Prometheus is trying to tell a serious compelling story and all Zeus does is make lame jokes
Yeah, that can grate on the nerves after a while. I get what they were going for and every once in a blue moon they manage to hit it somewhat, but for the most part they needed to hire a better joke writer. I tend to tune Zeus out most of the time, honestly.
Give it time. One thing about scene groups working together as a family is it helps prevent newcomers (like Empress) doing shady shit with their cracks. Empress seems to really REALLY want to prevent other groups, EVERY other group, from examining their files.

Well her works are top tiers, she is the most known person in scenes at this point because she did the best releases in the last year. So yeah, no matter what people say, about what she didnt do, people will download her works, because its safe, and scanned and all what you want.
I was one of the beta testers of the crack, and the beta cracks worked for like 15-20 minutes then it crashed. Tested the released crack yesterday, same thing happened
I would be very careful with anything EMPRESS releases from now on. Their beef with repackers is going to cause issues in the future, especially if they actually go forward and implement the measures they are planning on. Just be wary of that. As for this game...it's mediocre at the very best. Dialogue and characters could not be anymore cringe, the gameplay is very similar to breath of the wild and Genshin Impact, as are the visuals now that I think about it

There's one thing that I always try not to do: download games from shady scene groups, ESPECIALLY shady scene groups that are greedy as hell. hitting some hydra heads will cause the game to close also
using healing items more than 6 times close the game
falling into the void too may times close the game
seems the game is tracking your keystrokes/button presses in that area

Playing without phosphor is not really difficult anyways.
But since i didn't finished the game yet i cannot tel if phosphor is needed or not later on.
I tried using arrow shoot my phosphor it just disappear, it reappear back later on .... how?

There's one thing that I always try not to do: download games from shady scene groups, ESPECIALLY shady scene groups that are greedy as hell. If a scene group is in this for the money, then it's only a matter of time before your rig is gonna get mined for bitcoins.
