anyone wondering how to install, download from any site. you should have CD1 and CD2 with a .bin and .cue file in each. use poweriso (find it yourself im too lazy to fucking find it) extract both to seperate folders. launch the installer and when prompted for disc 2 in the folder you extracted from CD1 rename DSIEGE and Autorun.inf (which may be hidden) to whatever and when you are prompted to insert disc 2 from the installer(setup.exe) just move DSIEGE and Autorun.inf (which may be hidden) to the folder extracted through disc 1. then install normally. that should work and if it doesn't you did something wrong. dont get butt hurt about it since you are pirating a game and may encounter pitfalls along the way. besides the game is ONLY 7 dollars (usd) that's not much.
yeah, i've seen the review, While it's mostly positive, the negative review stated that the steam version removed the ending. To me, that's fucking blasphemy!! so i'm looking for the classic version and hoping this is the one. I actually used to have tis game, it came with my first ever pc that my uncle gave me. I got lost at "mount it to a drive" i use daemon tools and it actually does asks to insert disc 1 when i want to start a game, what do i need to do exactly? (i know its kinda late at this point) Edit: Nvm fixed it, it might have something to do with the re name the Dsiege and AUtorun.inf from the CD2 folder, maybe if that step wasnt there it wouldnt prompt for the first disc when starting a game, i just copy pasted CD1 files again into the Dungeon Siege CD1 folder...
okay so, use poweriso cause its pretty good. what you do is right click the iso and hit something like "mount to drive (then a drive letter, which you can customize)". then hit ok or whatever, you should mount both isos if you can. game wont run without doing this cause they need the disks or some shit idk. if you need anymore help fucking next time i check disqus ill help. edit: okay i didnt read the edit. oh well
Google link works. Got it installed and running but wasn't easy. When it prompts for CD2, rename autorun.inf and dsiege folder from CD1, then move autorun.inf and dsiege folder from CD2 into CD1 folder and then installer should find CD2.
All i have are flt-loa1.bin and flt-loa1.cue in cd 1 folder and its the same in cd 2 and 3 folders just replace the 1 with 2 or 3. No autorun. I dont get it.
