Change your Compatibility in properties from Windows XP (Service Pack X) to Windows Vista. I am using the following for my path : "E:\Windows 7\Dungeon Siege\DSLOA.exe" nointro=true width=1920 height=1080 fullscreen=true vsync=false maxfps=60
Don´t run as administrator.
Add bltonly=true if you get blinking or flashing on NVidia cards.

I think the crack has a problem. Is it the _DS.EXE? already copied that into the root folder but still saying "please insert disk 1". Already tried to change the name too, to "dungeonsiege" so that it'll take over the old game file in the root folder, but still no success.

Where's the crack??
