even in the zip folder there is only the exe file wich brings to the steam page. the game has no crack, did you manage to make it work?

1.Extract the contents of the pocketwatch.exe file, as if it were a zip file
2. Download the zip file

3. In the game directory (where is city.exe) you will paste the files:
steam_api.dll
steam_appid.txt
4.Edit the text of the txt file
1337 > 1510620
5. you can start game
