It's insane how many degenerates there are here that are tryna pirate games but don't even know what a crack is.... This upload works flawlessly, you are just too dumb to use it. Go do your 5-9 and buy the games.

Download the game from another site or the demo version and check the fifth level in it. If it works, copy the levels files and place them in the copied game levels file

It should be in the file you downloaded, but don't try it. The game isn't the gold version, and it's missing a file that won't let you get past level 5.
