I see this was made so they can continue with the next story which is T- Minus 30 Escape the Doomed Earth. Instead of making this a tiny one map game they should have combined it all where you have to start and build up your society and once you get to a certain size then the story shifts to escaping the planet before it's destroyed. The way they set this up is terrible.
