constant unreal engine crashes, constant glitches in game, terrible loading times for glitches to come and dogshit graphics, enemies take 10-20 smg bullets before going down, completely unrealistic, and dogshit terrible game. do not waste ur time downloading this. complete waste of time, not worth it and not worth your frustration.
This game is somehow a case of frustration and joy. It reminded me a lot of Allied Assault's experience and nostalgia for simple, classic songs and missions. But the graphics are terrible (or you give yourself up and do something realistic or do something cartoonish) the loadings are absurdly slow graphics do not make sense in relation to the requirements to play and very poorly optimized, not to mention the biggest frustration of the game that is the Day D. I have an i7-4790K with 12GB DDR3 and GTX 1070. The game runs with the graphics at maximum (minus the resolution) that is, not even the requirements are true. It requires you to have a 1TB SSD in order to have enough space to install the updates together (512GB is fine but the SSD is only for this game). But in the end, I highly recommend this game, it's worth it for the VR experience and remembering classic missions from the first games. But don't expect too much. And a simple subtitle in Portuguese (Brazil) was missing. Something easily created in one day. I used Google Translate, I'm from Brazil
okay, i was able to find both the 1.21 and 1.24 patch for this game as mentioned by searching google. Unfortunately Windows Mixed Reality controllers are still not supported in either patch. The fix for the WMR controllers is in patch 1.26 that was released on February 10th of this year and i can't find a download anywhere in the US. I did find download links on French and German torrents sites but as of right now i can't download the patch. Can someone explain how to actually use these patchers, these files fail and break my game everytime. Ive tried just the 1.24, then tried the v.119 and 121 first, then the newest one and nothing seems to work. Not to sure what im doing wrong here. The game finds the exe, patcher stops after 5 min or so then fails reverts and makes the game launchable. If anyone could help me it would be appreciated. Thanks

Unless you have a top of the line gaming pc you shouldn't bother with this game. I downloaded the game to an nvme drive and installed it to second nvme drive and it took less than 5 mins to install. with that being said please IGG post the update.

First update 13m on ryzen 3600 and samsung 850 2 T SDD and second took 12m and my first install was like 20m soo it a sdd must have game. My windows is on a sdd to a 960 evo nvexpress the update use it for install too.

Great game. Runs good on a RTX 2080 super. But In some areas some framedrops. Is there somewhere where we can download the latest patch? Btw this game is good, but nog worth the 55 euro pricetag.

Am I supposed to be missing the "disk1.pak" file? The installer just freezes at "pakchunk-WindowsNoEditor.pak" I'm assuming that it is because I don't have the disk1 file but I can't find it anywhere.

Works just fine all files are included. Runs good only thing is installer is in German (weird eh considering the game). Tested with Quest 2, RTX-3080, i7-8700K OC to 5GHZ, 32G Ram. No update.

So the game is the size of most SSD's, but runs like shit?.... The point of having a huge file size is uncompressed textures and audio, making it A LOT easier to run and sound amazing, this has done neither, it's huge+ runs terribly on a normal system, and looks equal to something like HL:Alyx at it's best, and worse than the og DOOM VR mod at it's worst....

Works fine for me. Install language is German but it is pretty easy to understand. This is not an Alyx game but if you remember and like the good old MOH games, you should like this, Works on my HTC Vive with Index controllers.

I have not tried the fps. I think 45-50 but it all looks pretty playable. shooting then is very nice
-first of all i do have a job(one job not two) but when i said people how work two jobs i meant some people here can't afford stuff like 2080 (not the 2080 ti) cost more than 3000$ (i'm talking in third world countries)

The motion controls on the Wii, and motion on DS4, DS3 are at least functional and enhance the experience on some games.

I bought the game on launch day and it's my favorite VR game along HL Alyx. It's an amazing game. First hour sucks but after that the game is superb.
Since Allied Assault and Speahead Add-On this developers make only shit.

Too much cutscenes. Not enough gameplay. Environments don't have enough interactive things to do and the game LAGS on a 3080. Not worth $60 or the 180 GB. Hard pass. (from steam)
i am more than sick and tired of world war games, most of them dont have intense gore like doom, flying guts and gibs and thats supposed to really happened in WW2

Game works well on quest 2 with link.
they have already released an update and another will follow at the end of next week. hope to see these here too.
people who say it's a bad game are probably running it to a tight PC.

• By popular demand, you can now choose Smooth Turning as an alternative to the default Flick Turning.

• You can further adjust the “Smooth Turn Speed” value here (default 50%) to find what works best for you. This only has an effect when smooth turning is enabled.
Streamlined Mission Progression
• We removed all the "Victory!" screens from level progression.
• You now only get a completion screen when you beat one of the six missions.
Quartermaster Area Changes
• It is now much easier to pick up weapons from the tables and weapon racks.
• Health Packs now respawn after a short duration.
All Videos in the Gallery are Unlocked from the Start
• All of the Gallery content — every location, interview, and 360-degree panorama — is now unlocked from the very beginning.
