When I was a child, I was scared of dungeons because Boogeyman lived there. When I had grown up, I was scared of the dungeons because I would get sexually molested there and would pray Boogeyman could save my ass.
I fear to even entertain that thought, especially considering all the advances in VR and tactile technologies. I think "graphic violence" calls for a complete overhaul.
