I had the same issue with another older game. You need to download the correct dll files for your computer. The game installs 32-bit files when your computer needs the 64-bit files.
Install all Microsoft Visual C ++ you can find el in the Microsoft website and update your drivers. Apply the crack and run the game as admininistrator. This should fix your problem.
It's one of the few games that you have to follow a story and I like it, it has good and entertaining missions and it doesn't need a lot of pc resources. Far Cry 3 needs re-upload ! mega up show like 10 popups before download start, and then, i have to wait 8 hours with 4G speed internet... like WHAT THE HELL ? 8 HOURS WAITING FOR FREAKIN 5 GB FILE WITH 4G INTERNET ? im sure lot of peoples will agree that mega up is shitty and this needs to be re-uploaded. bes will be google drive. The stupid fact is that i cant download it, because ocean of games sucks after site update or whatewer happens, because now u need coémplete surwey there for license u need for some kind of non thrustworthy looking installer.
Sorry, but re-uploads are only performed when every last link goes down. Slow download speeds are not a valid excuse for a re-upload. For me, the download only takes 40 minutes, which means the problem is not universal, it's only on your end. Your internet speed is the problem, and like I said, that's not a valid excuse for a re-upload.

Usually when the game updates the version's written in the title, But in this case the download's called "Complete version" Meaning it's updated to the latest version.

I think Far Cry 3 have DX9 Support. You should run the DirectX9 version of the game. Your graphic card doesn't support DirectX11 (D3D11). Reply me, if you need more help.
try updating your graphics card drivers and reinstalling the version of directX that the game needs(probably directX 9/10/11 something like that), otherwise i recommend you search on other forums

TO ANYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH BLACK SCREEN: there are 4 files in the Bin folder that have the extention (.DLL1): FC3.dll1, FC3_d3d11.dll1, ubiorbitapi_r2_loader.dll1, and uplay_r1_loader.dll1. in order to get the game to run you need to remove the number 1 from the end and they will replace the originals and the game will run from there as normal.
Just stop complaining about the DLC's and weapons, What's important is only the issues with the game, not anything else. Just play the fucking game and get on with it!
I dont know how I did it, I got the black screen issue too and after troubleshooting, the methods still didnt work. It only worked once I changed form using Original dx to the directx11 one. then it worked
in the bin folder you will see .dll1 files that have the same names as some .dll files. you need to remove the 1 from .dll1 to make them .dll files and then replace the originals. there should be 4.
I have a problem whenever I want to open the map editor this message pops out "Cannot find essential information in the registry. Re-installing the game may fix this problem". Hey guys, I downloaded Far Cry 3, a game I'd been wanting to play for awhile and I got all the 9 parts. I WINrar'ed them and tried to install like I've done so many times before. I cannot find a setup or .exe of any kind, just a bunch of DLL's and DLL1's. The few files that actually pertain to the game such as farcry3 and farcry3_d3d11 don't run because they need one of the DLL1 files but cant read them because the DLL1 needs to be a DLL for the program. I am re-extracting to see if that fixes the problem but I bet it won't. Any input on how i should install this game or how i should use these DLL1/DLL files? The file the game asks for when I try and click farcry3, an application file, is ubiorbitapi_r2_loader.dll . I can see the file name but the file type shown to the right is DLL1. I tried to like.. convert it by changing the file name to .dll but that didn't work. This is after I have re-extracted, is there something I'm missing? If you mean the Mega download, just use the google drive links. Right click and open in new tab. And these don't contain viruses. It's called a false positive. This happens with a lot of cracked games.

I cant start it i tried everything (Installed nearly every Vcredist version and Directx) everytime i want to launch the game it crashes with this error: Cant start the game properly (0x0000906) I dont know what to please help me :,(
There are no crack files, just run Setup.exe then click on the shortcut on your desktop. Make sure you uncheck the boxes that say install DirectX and whatnot. This game requires DirectX 11 to run smoothly.
Just to point out something about the ubiorbitapi that comes with the download... came up as virus on my system. Everyone says "disable antivirus" but sorry. When i go download that dll from originaldlls website it isnt coming up as malware. To be honest though it could be the crack. These days i really cant tell if a website is trying to trick me into installing viruses or the antivirus companies are tricking me into not pirating...
Far Cry 3\bin\ubiorbitapi_r2_loader.dll came up as a VirTool:Win32/Odfuscator.XZ in Windows Defender but i just allowed it so i can see if people are getting notifications.
If you go into the game folder there are 3 exe files to launch the game from a directx 9 directx 10 and a luncher use the directx 9 or 10 exe if you want to get the co-op gameplay
