are you running it with mods? if yes then it's possible the mods are the problem, maybe some sort of mod incompatibility or version mismatch? if this is just vanilla files we're talking about then i've no problems running into this message whatsoever :|
How do i activate dlcs? it says "installed" on menu page and save but in game its not working: wudang sect is red, no panda yaoguai on char creatin, no bamboo to plant etc..
If you get a crash on startup i might have a fix, what i did was run the game in windows 95 compatibility mode, its in properties when your right click the .exe, in the cmpatibility tab.
if anyone gets a problem with file integrity or something similar, make sure your extracting with Winrar, and not something like 7zip, dunno why, but winrar makes it work

Amazing game, a real hidden gem! I do have question though, I enjoyed the game so much and bought it on steam but I would like to have the dlc added to my game without buying it, how would I do that? Is it possible to just pirate this games DLC?
In every case I've heard of in modern gaming (eg through steam) you can't pirate DLC into an official version. You could just be happy you supported it through steam and continue using the pirated version for the DLC

I downloaded the game and as usual i put, for my malware, all files in exclusion. Day after i got my malware stopping a trojan in entry (Trojan:Win32/CryptInject!ml) connected to the file: "steamclient_loader.exe". Usually i trust you with these fake positives, but if you start inserting real Trojans, then you lose face and credibility.....
We are both blind. Once you put the mod to the mod folder. Click the gear icon beside the mod store and then on the name of the mod there is a circle that says activate. Click on it. Took me a week before realizing that.

nvm 1.12 works too just copy the 1.12 setting folder then paste it on 1.14 then a pop up will show if you want to over write just choose skip then it will only paste the missing file on 1.14
1 - Make sure you have enough storage area for loot. And free Outers. Consider Selecting an Storage Area and clicking SORT. Some times outer disciples will kind of wast space by putting 2 of the same item in different space. Reason is Each stack of item or item itself will have different Qi amount. SO if you click sort it will force all outers to rearrange the storage hence stacking same item (if stackable) or picking item scattered around the map. If you are in Pre-MidGame or Mid Game, crafting Vessels is highly recomended since they will do most of Peons work. Like carrying loot/material etc. 2 - Black strip in the map if you're referring to graphical glitch it's a texture problem. (Common seen in Canyon and mountain areas). 3 - .... 4 - Target will stop acting so you can use miracles on him. If not just click on him and click stop. He will stop so the Inner disciple can cast the miracle. 5 - .... 6 - Ganoderma does not affect pet this way. After Pet progress pass 30% he will enter learning age. Where you can select a diet for him. Diet will explicitly says whats boost what in your pet when selecting a diet type. Cooked Food,Meat,Mushrooms and so on. Ganoderma is considered a High Tier Mushrooms which will boost your pet Qi Development.

I know about the diet, that's why I know about Ganoderma effect as Pet Food. I already test it and there are list in pet food effect. It says Qi Nourishment + 20. But it don't have any effect when I feed it ? (or there's certain time effect before the next food have effect ?)
Peon does not prioritize everything evenly. There are certain jobs for certain items, for example, Crafters will carry crafting materials. From my exprience, peon won't pick the items that other jobs that has the task to carry them, eg: if there are couple loggers, my peons usually dont care about the woods at all. If you are saying why your pet's Qi meter did not go from 30 to a whoping 50 then no, that's not how it works. These numbers are very misleading.

That's the other one, that turns corpses into vessels, that does that, and tribulations only get harder up to 10 condemnation (40%, or +4 per condemnation earned); any condemnation earned past that doesn't matter. Additionally, you wipe condemnation if you use Yang God Possession, so if it REALLY bugs you and you can't handle it and don't want to keep them at a tier at which they don't face tribulations, you can just wipe it that way. Spirit Stone Vessels are incredibly cheap to make and the second highest return and second best speed/effectiveness, and last for something like 8 + 1/5 RL hours of gametime (reduced by any time spent in speed-up). It's possible the item is one of a rare few that cannot stack (I have found that Sorrow Pills do not stack, for example), but Qi value doesn't matter; it remembers the values of every item in a stack and reduces it appropriately for every one removed. You can see this with things like Stone Essence left lying about. And again, the Ensoulment skill doesn't do that. It's the other one that turns corpses into vessels, not the one where you turn handicraft-made puppets into vessels. One of them? Look for yourself. Manual pavilion lets you browse any laws' inspiration tree. Make Spirit Stone Blocks. Make Vessel at handicraft table using Spirit Stone Blocks. Wood ones are much cheaper, only like 150 timber, but they also only last for like 3000 seconds.
halo, could you explain to me how to pass the trubulation element, or trubulation breaktrough, or shapeshifting process,.. cuz mine always died when the Qi is run out.. any suggest.
if you're really strong with artifacts in your law, like Grand Chariot or Sword-Slaughtering, boost your artifact mastery as much as you can (you can level it with inspiration). Make sure you have enough Qi, and take your tribulation in an open space with the ground and floor of the opposing element to your weakest element (so if you look at your stats and see that you have a -60% resistance to earth but a +20% resistance to metal, find some rocky terrain and place down some iron flooring as well and take your tribulation there, as the increased power of the metal tribulation is far less a deal than the decreased power of the earth tribulation) or, if you have no element particularly weak or strong, try to neutralize/balance the elements as much as possible, but don't use any decorations or anything. If you aren't, level your Qi Shield skill instead and unequip your artifact, since it drains your Qi to restore its own, and it isn't protected at all, so it will drain your Qi much faster than you'll damage the tribulation. If you lack enough Qi, use the Qi Shield method, and also equip the Scroll of Taiyi (a 50% increase in barrier strength) and the Turtle Shell rare item that you can very rarely get from mature turtle demon beasts or much more often but still only uncommonly as a buyable from the auction or sects. No matter what method you use, consume a Qi Regen Pill and a Spirit Stone before attempting the tribulation, and make sure your Qi is entirely full, too. If you have any combat arts that restore Qi, those can also be used while in combat with the tribulation cloud and can make it MUCH easier; roommate bought the game so I just watch him play while reading up on stuff and helping him out, and we found this worked amazingly for his Primordial Spirits, where they didn't even need full Qi; they just learnt the highest quality Qi restoring arts and the ones that heal everyone in sight, and basically restore more Qi than they take in damage manyfold, lol.

Ensoulment. Part of the Sixteen Steps first tier. After seeing the elder brother from the sect, you need to enter the mountain site. Adventure or camp on the site, and then enter it with them. Explore the map.
Pet nourishment works like so. Your pet has a capacity of 100 of each of the categories (qi, int, core etc) and each food gives a certain amount of nourishment. So whenever your pet starts 'exercising' it will use up nourishment. Higher nourishment means more efficient training, and the faster the stats go up. So +20 doesnt mean +20 qi, but +20 qi nourishment.
go to steamworkshop, copy mod name, google search adding skymod, after download and extract, copy-paste to mods file. Remember to activate them ingame.
Same thing happens to me. Shows main menAlsou for a second, saying asset loading then whole program closes. Also Steam client loader.exe is flagged as a trojan by at least 2 different scanners
Because, the crack themselves, for any games that are not gog, by definition, are malwares. They modify the program and files so that you can play without having to go through normal processes (in this case, log in to steam).

I started playing it in the final version 1.0 ... I didn't really do anything, I just went into my saved game and a message came out that a new place had appeared in the game. Ah yes, the DLC is included from version 1.08, versions prior to this do not have it.
Disable antivirus and extract the folder again :/ You are using crack games, the crack themselves, by definition, are malwares. They modify the program and files so that you can play without paying. Also, add your crack games folder to exclusion on antivirus programs so that next time they scan, they wont touch those folders.

Mods are Steam Workshop so they don't work. You have to find manual downloads of the mods you want and put them in the mods folder. After that, launch the game and click on the gearwheel next to the mod store button and activate the mod in the list that shows up on the left. As for where you can find said mods, there is a site I used for Rimworld in the past called Skymods. It looks like they're listing mods for ACS as well now, I just tested it and it worked fine. Might be a little difficult to find the mods you really want though.

Game is a masterpiece if you know how to tweak some assets since some gameplay designs requires days of grinding but overall, game is like marijuana. Turned my pet tiger into a golden half human disciple which later on failed the test of heaven and was turned into a mythical beast that destroyed my whole school and killed half my students
The game is working smoothly with the new v1.03 update cracked! I appreciate it and im having a blast playing it! Took a few retries before I decided going through the tutorial might be a good idea. Haha I like it!
Weirdly enough, this particular release refuses to work if you go into the .ini and even just alter the username for smartemu, returning the error, "Unable to launch games, no game .exe specified. Specify 'Target' correctly in emulator configuration file." which is REALLY weird.
Sorry for the long wait before replying: Yes, just don't edit that file. Get the clean file from the original download instead. Alternatively, if you'd rather just download the one file, someone is offering their copy of the file, and it does work as well.
Why was this only updated to 1.03? It was already at 1.04 the day after I got it, and that was several days ago... It's at 1.05 now I already requested an update earlier, but since I requested that before this went up it might've been ignored. Anyone else up for asking for the 1.05 update?
thankfully you can just drag and drop the update from other sites into the same folder, that way you don't have to bother with setting up steamemu yourself
What site did you find just the update from? I did find 1.05(already old) as a full dl(sc10847-ACSv105.rar) but it came with steamemu(that didn't work for me but copying the launcher from this to it made it work) but after copying the saves folder over to new version and loading my save it said I had left immortal and it allowed me to save whenever, does that always happen after an update or could I have avoided that somehow? Anyway since the fix for fire not damaging structures and thus easily lasting forever if you don't have inner disciples and your outer disciples who do only 1 tile at a time can't put them out faster than they spread to new buildings was the only change I cared about in the change log I decided to stick to 1.03 for now.

Oh my god, I love the idea of this game, I've been wanting to make a game about cultivation sects and all the crap they leave behind for future generations for a while now. Hopefully this actually has some of that.
Try it, this is good, sooo good, but also very complicated, specially in the Feng Shui department. And character progression to the next level of cultivation.
Maybe I missed it but that guide not mentioning that doors that don't lead to other rooms that have a feng shui rating are the main ones that matter made me build my base a bit weirdly.

After playing it for about 6 hours I found in addition to some bugs, and crashes, a detestable game feature, the inner disciples don't work, really? Now I have everyone dying of hunger and misery because nobody works and I find that I must start a new game...
Most inner disciples can learn some vessel use skill that should let them still contribute to mundane work, though using corpses seem more annoying due to breaking down faster than crafted vessels but makes sense since other than making a potential tribulation harder corpses are basically free.
Yea i find it kinda weird that the inner disciples don't work but I guess thats normal lol you leave it to the mortals to do the grimy and hard labor stuff
yeah there are some bugs, sad that igg (or i wrong) does not make fast updates, this one is version 1.02 but 1.04 is already out yesterday with some bugfixes that you can read in menu even if you dont have it
Hello, everyone! I'm having a small issue starting the game. I start it through SSE and it immediately crashes to desktop with zero error window. I've tried (re)installing Vcred 2010 as stated below and messed around with the settings file a bit but no luck. Hoping someone may have ideas on what else I could try. Appreciate the help :) cheers!

The Chinese version of Rimworld? ... from what I saw on Steam there are very good reviews of this game, there are those who say that it is even superior to Rimworld, I will have to try it...
it's much harder to learn is what I'd say about it, a lot of stuff isn't very well explained like it is in rimworld but there is a huge depth in it that I can say it excels in when compared to rimworld.

Found several bug ...
but have some answer and solution too ...
Consider Selecting an Storage Area and clicking SORT.
Some times outer disciples will kind of wast space by putting 2 of the same item in different space. Reason is Each stack of item or item itself will have different Qi amount. SO if you click sort it will force all outers to rearrange the storage hence stacking same item (if stackable) or picking item scattered around the map.
If you are in Pre-MidGame or Mid Game, crafting Vessels is highly recomended since they will do most of Peons work. Like carrying loot/material etc.
2 - Black strip in the map if you're referring to graphical glitch it's a texture problem. (Common seen in Canyon and mountain areas).

4 - Target will stop acting so you can use miracles on him. If not just click on him and click stop. He will stop so the Inner disciple can cast the miracle.

6 - Ganoderma does not affect pet this way. After Pet progress pass 30% he will enter learning age. Where you can select a diet for him. Diet will explicitly says whats boost what in your pet when selecting a diet type. Cooked Food,Meat,Mushrooms and so on.
Ganoderma is considered a High Tier Mushrooms which will boost your pet Qi Development.
(I play Rimworld a lot too so I know if there's missing something in here)
If you are saying why your pet's Qi meter did not go from 30 to a whoping 50 then no, that's not how it works. These numbers are very misleading.

That said, Spirit & Heal Powder is incredibly easy alchemy to make (one cures "spirit", the other ailments of the five elements), and you can just tell them to go consume it directly, as if they were foods (same with pain relievers).
The reason you got a "..." to #5 is because they already do that. Designate a space using the pet build menu, just like you can designate a space for them to poop.

One of them? Look for yourself. Manual pavilion lets you browse any laws' inspiration tree.
Make Spirit Stone Blocks. Make Vessel at handicraft table using Spirit Stone Blocks. Wood ones are much cheaper, only like 150 timber, but they also only last for like 3000 seconds.
If you aren't, level your Qi Shield skill instead and unequip your artifact, since it drains your Qi to restore its own, and it isn't protected at all, so it will drain your Qi much faster than you'll damage the tribulation.
If you lack enough Qi, use the Qi Shield method, and also equip the Scroll of Taiyi (a 50% increase in barrier strength) and the Turtle Shell rare item that you can very rarely get from mature turtle demon beasts or much more often but still only uncommonly as a buyable from the auction or sects.
No matter what method you use, consume a Qi Regen Pill and a Spirit Stone before attempting the tribulation, and make sure your Qi is entirely full, too. If you have any combat arts that restore Qi, those can also be used while in combat with the tribulation cloud and can make it MUCH easier; roommate bought the game so I just watch him play while reading up on stuff and helping him out, and we found this worked amazingly for his Primordial Spirits, where they didn't even need full Qi; they just learnt the highest quality Qi restoring arts and the ones that heal everyone in sight, and basically restore more Qi than they take in damage manyfold, lol.

I already requested an update earlier, but since I requested that before this went up it might've been ignored. Anyone else up for asking for the 1.05 update?
if the game get rapid update, IGG-GAMES will update it once per few days or so ...
Other site have risk for fake update / crack ...
I'd rather NOT taking any risk from them ...

Not exactly major, but it really stabilize the game compared ver 1.0.0
don't even think crack in here will work to all version ...
sometimes it will cause unexpected conflict and even broken save game ...
yeah, I already do that to different ol past game ...
it end badly for my save file gameplay ...
Now playing RF4 while waiting Yuzu get perfected to play RF4S and RF5 ...
Need patch ... several patch update ...
seems quite decent, so I'll just wait a month or so until the gameplay become stable and balanced enough before playing this further ...
