I have a problem with SLW. I boot up the game and Sonic is doing his streches (T pose) and then after 15 sec or less, it crashes. I reinstalled it over and over but it was the same each time. So i gave up. Please help!!
Yo uh, where's the crack for the game, since i downloaded, mounted and installed what i was given in the rar files i got from the google drive links but, when i attempt to play the game, it always sends me to the steam page. Why is this?
Are you sure you have put in the steam_api files from the 'crack' file included? if it was even included, that is. read the "readme" file for assistance with this or just go to the video tutorial which can be found on this page. I hope this helps :)
Don't worry. I fixed the issue months ago. Turns out that i did forget about replacing the original steam files with the crack editions. Actually, no. I didn't know i was supposed to do that at first. But yeah, issues been solved. Thanks though!
Warning: This .rars are packaged differently than most other ones on this site. Instead of 990 MB max for each file, it's 2GB max so the total file size is about 7.5GB
This game is virtually unplayable. I installed it, applied the crack, blocked the connection (keeping the game from accessing the internet) from the firewall, and the game keeps crashing repeatedly. Funniest thing is that the game actually started up and worked, but only twice. Every other time, it just crashes. Is there a solution to this?
Yeah, there is. 1.Apply the crack (simply put in the steam_api files you find in the crack and replace the originals with those, that way it'll be able to log onto steam instead of get confused because there's no steam account connected) 2.Allow connection to the Wi-Fi. Disrupting the Wi-Fi connection will lead to crashes because the game can't log onto/see the steam account.
Too bad sega does not listen to the people. If they did we would have sonic adventure 3 and good sonic games. Like Sonic 06 and Unleashed were a step in the right direction but they just cant do a sonic adventure 3, instead they have to do this other shit no one asked for like sonic boom and lost world. Oh well atleast lost world looks semi decent for a sonic game. Also the game issues stems from amd cpus/gpus. if you have an apu you will get the T pose and crash after 10 second issue that i have.
I have Intel/NVIDIA hardware. I haven't tried the game yet, but I have read some interesting things regarding mods for Sonic Generations. Apparently you can play Unleashed-style levels using mods. I don't know what SEGA looks to in deciding what gets made or ported, but I'm definitely pissed that they didn't allow Christian Whitehead to work on the Sonic 3 & Knuckles game for Android. And the PC ports of the classic games suck in comparison to his Sonic 1, 2, and CD ports. They have spin dash, widescreen, gamepad support, JAPANESE soundtracks (!), hi-res visuals, and save support. Not to mention, they're practically bug-free, too.
Frick you, MEGA
Actually, no. I didn't know i was supposed to do that at first. But yeah, issues been solved. Thanks though!
Does Anyone Else get the same issue?
Thanks for your help
If anything, it's probably either hardware incompatibilities or just a problem with the crack itself.
