find the www folder inside the game folder and put the one in the patch in the same place and reemplace when it asks you to, but looks like someone posted v1.03 patch in the comments and it looks like an installer so it would be easier to install get that one
You can download the 18+ patch from the Kagura Games site. Without it, the game isn't really that enjoyable, and it ended up breaking later on due to missing files.
