No, you still don't even need to be logged in the site, just head to the game page on their store and search the "patch" tab, links are there the same way as before.
This is how it is for me, I can't seem to get any download going until I probably check it out, and I have to fill in some personal info first before I can checkout.

My issue with H games, is the more like a GAME they are, the less of an H game they are. And the more H game they are, the less of a GAME they become. so it boils down to one question : do you wanna play a game, or play with yourself?
