Not cracked, just 5 minutes into the game you will encounter an invisible wall with a dancing zombie pirate.

Yeah...it tells you right at the beginning that the full game is disabled because it can't connect to steam and says PIRAT EDITION on the main menu. I don't know how no one that released this noticed that.
