This is the first ever "demaster", or "demake"! I can't wait for EA and Activision to start 'demastering' all their classic games! Call of Duty II at 12fps in 144p with triple-inverted joystick controls is gonna be fun! Lmao
Yesterday, I spent 15 minutes playing this remake, because I was like what the hell, maybe I've been too harsh on it from the start and I wanted to see with my own eyes, how it looks. And I've came to the conclusion that, uhm... Is there any internet form I can fill so I can get those 15 minutes refunded back? I'm dead serious
If you guys haven't heard, the remake sucks You're better off getting the classic (at the time i made this, steam's selling it for 1 buck, in case you want to go legit on this one)
Having not played the original I figured I would give it a try. It's so bad it's not even funny. Runs terribly, the gunplay is bad, audio started cutting in and out. The game felt so sluggish, like everything was delayed 200ms. The story was confusing and made no sense to me, and the ragdoll animations were like 12fps it was actually hilarious how bad the game is.
Oh my Lord this game is complete garbage Can't change Field of View, aiming feels like ass, animations are janky and completely choppy, you sometimes have to reload twice, models don't even look that great and the loading times are far longer than what they should be Avoid, at least until a few patches come out or something. Edit: Audio is also not great, especially with the firearms, they are super quiet And there are grammatical errors, even right at the beginning where an enemy says "I wan't that key"
I already have it ( I have PC version from this site , and gamecube version too .) , mate . I was hoping that They will make a good remake but the classic is better in every thing .

What complete crap. A new level of laziness in video game development. They wonder why people pirate games. Will never change, until the developers start to put the customer in front of their need to rip them off. Not even worth playing for free
Yeah, and also, some people are not happy that the game doesn't look enough like the comic anymore. As I didn't read these comics, I don't care so much, but anyway, the gameplay seems disappointing. I guess I'll pass! And by the way, 2020 is the year of disappointing remakes in general!
Fucking hell, this barely meets the requirements to be called a game, let alone a "faithful" "remake" If you haven't played the original, do yourself a favor and download it, it's much better than this dogshit. Seriously, bugs are out of control. Visual glitches, FPS drops on a beefy PC, motherfucking input lag is through the roof, bullets tend to leave the weapon you fire them from after like half a second, sometimes even more, enemies make those NPC's from Oblivion appear human and the gunplay... My God, the gunplay... Pistol feels like you're shooting bean bags out of it, it doesn't even have the right feel. Protagonist can might as well have a diaper full of baby shit in his hands and shoot with it, cuz it wouldn't make much difference anyway The biggest joke of them all is that they charge 40. Fucking. Euros. For this shit. This doesn't even deserve to be pirated, Qbittorrent should have an option just for this game before you download it, like: "This game is supremely bad. Are you SURE you want to download it?". Like, what the fuck is with these remasters nowadays?? We live in the year of our Lord 2020 and you're telling me these studios can't remaster a game properly? What the fuck...
