if you want to change language, find steam_emu.ini file, change language from english to something you want (ex, japanese, german ), i don't know why this way doesn't work to Korean, i'm sure this game have korean language but it's not working.
I had to wait a while for it to load on the original base game release and my rig is an i7-10750 24GB RTX 2070, but this new expansion starts-up instantly for me now. The loading times are virtually eliminated for me in this version. I'm so glad because that was one of my biggest issues with this game. I recommend anyone who had trouble with the original to try this one. (individual results may vary)
that means your pc cant handle it lol. but yes the loading when you first start the game really does take a while. several minutes for me with SSD and all...
open game directory, look in files called "steam_api", open it with Notepad and you will see game setting and also language=english, just change the language you want then save it, done.
