What do I have to do to be able to play dark elves from the soul harvest game. If you go to mods it says that the soul harvest is allready installed but it dose not work do I have to download bouth soul harvest and fallen god and transfer some data ?

i'm new to this game and i'm interested to play it but should i at least play spellforce 3 (non expansion) first before this or i can just play this? i would like to avoid big burnout that's why i didn't mention spellforce 1 and 2
it is a standalone game. You dont need spellforce 3 or spellforce 3 soul harvest to understand the story. However it doesnt hurt to know more about the same universe. Id say go ahead and play the other two as well, even though you dont need them. They are pretty good anyways!
RPG refers mostly to games that have a class system like rogue, knight, etc hence the name Role Playing Games. Brutal Legend doesnt have a class system and it is more to action adventure with some RTS element(since you cant control the armies directly)
