Becasue some modders here and the admin is NOT english, adn also because in other countries you find cracks and agmes easier. But I know how you can change the language if you want I can tell you.
During install I think you can tick off Russian language - it's a mod in the list of optional mods. However, if you accidentally installed it (which I do every single time) you can remove these two files from the game's main directory to get English voice overs back: ladc_rus_voice.xdb ladc_rus_voice.ini Note that the game's config file is already set to English but the two above files are forcing the toggle to Russian.
Couple of ways to have this game: -1-Someone (me) sends you the game. -2-You go to the game files of this, once you have installed the game from here, and edit the .ini files until you see language=Ru or russian. And simply change it to En. If you don´t see ini files, it´s because your computer is set to be like that, just click stuff until you find them. -3-Go to ModDB, register,a dn download the game, it´s free. -4-Pray GabeN that you secceed. -5-FGet out of here Stalker. -6-Call your mama, and tell her you made it. -7- There was another way getting this game, but I fucking forgot, so you only get 3.
