unfortunately, western otome fandom is pretty small, and it's mostly based around smartphone games. Western Yaoi fandom is much more bigger and eager to spend money, and that's why there's more yaoi stuff out here. The same with visual novels for hetero guys, they are more eager to spend moneys for their anime waifus and that's why there's so much more of it. So ladies, don't complain and open your wallets if you want more stuff catered towards you.
Geniune comment but anime waifus have tricks(h scenes). Probably otome games do not sell like other genres because they are more soft stuff. Oh, I remember Nitro+Chiral's new trailer, hope the script would get close to their earlier games.
