For those who are using quest controllers and are getting the Vive mappings. Try to open the SteamVR menu for the game you are running, in this case Hard bullet(make sure you added it to your library) and in one of the steamVR options you should see Bindings or something along the lines of that, then it'll give you a list of controllers for you to use
the game has a lot of missing features at the moment. it will just take some time before we get back armor and other stuff like tweaks for gun handling
I'm already using steam vr, I added the game to the steam library and set in the priorities that it should start as a vr game, but it still thinks that Im using vive controllers.
Didn't work for me, I added it to my steam library, put it in propriaties as vr, launched steam vr and started the game from the steamvr home and it didn't work. It still thinks Im using vive controllers.

I got it working with these files. You have to copy the steam_api.dll and steamapi64.dll files from the root of the Goldberg zip to Hard Bullet\Hard Bullet_Data\Plugins, and allow the files to be overwritten. The only problem on launch is switching controllers can be a pain.
Steam reviews aren't so hot. With VR games, you can really trust the ratings most of the time, unless it has online play. This is because hot garbage is easy to identify with VR games. VR games with online play usually wind up getting better reviews because interaction with others in a VR game always adds the illusion of fun.. Those positive reviews on crap multiplayer VR games never have many hours invested, they were kneejerk reviews. On that note, though, many cracked VR games have working online play I've noticed... VR Dungeon Knight was one I definitely remember working. Anyway, just came to say.. Game's poopoo.

There to many crap in vr. other are like serius sam was cheap on steam 2 moth ago and now whit the raise of vr they go back like new prices. I have it and can not play whit friend got the quest 2 becuse the gredyness of croteam claming 89€ when was like the 3 blundle for 11€ atleast 11 each game.
