I remember Sims 2 for Playstation 2. This is something like that except better. Life simulator in first person, however, with WASD. Not many of these around.
I like the concept, its like the sims in first person (loved that type of game about life simulation) just use some old engine that could make it possible... with newest engine we're far for making it reality... unless you're someone like EA or CDPR...
Im having a strange thing happen... I open the game and it wants to load in my Oculus headset.. with seperate images in each eye that dont align,.. Im not sure how to make the VR work or make it not load in to VR
The word "Gamer" isn't a profession or a cult, It just means a person who enjoys playing video games which is basically everyone on earth, from chess and board games to The Witcher 3 so how about you stop offending everyone and just enjoy what you love, Your username is Nerdy ffs, Also when people criticize something for being bad it doesn't change anyone's opinion about it if they enjoy it, Otherwise no one would be playing FIFA or any of the EA Games and no one would watch the Paul Brothers or Nicokado Avocado or Troom Troom / 5 min crafts, Chill bro
Every one on earth? and chess and board games arent video games. Yes board games do have video game form but generally ppl dont play them in video game form, so comparing chess and the witcher 3 is the dumbest comparision ive ever seen.
Remember Identity?. Game was a scam. The developers handling it was a complete joke. The game basically became a pyramid scheme. Where they need new shrubs to pledge to refund the old backers. They spent 3 years on making a small town square module and even then, the animation was janky. I'll predict that this game will follow the same outcome
I'll assume otherwise until life simulations games at least delivered what they promised. I am a fool for for backing them in kick-starters. Identity, Raw, Chronicles of Elyria. I hope nobody makes the same mistake as me
I always had doubts about Chronicles of Elyria from the moment I saw it on Kickstarter. Back then I thought they didn't have enough to show me to invest into it. Kept tabs on the development and they only showed less and less. Same goes for Identity btw. I love these kind of games too, but maybe you should not invest in things too fast and/or do some research before you invest.
I get hyped too easily, my desire to see a game became successful. You were right, I need to curb my enthusiasm, and try to research Kickstarter game projects before even thinking about putting down my hard-earned money
this game has big potential. Just needs to fix the animations, glitches, bugs.. especially when driving a car, define the graphics, better ambience, obviously improving the first person view since it clearly uses a third person module and etc.. but the IDEA is great!! First person SIMS game.. this is definitely not even Alpha state but with enough time, maybe 1-2 years it can become a very good game. Adding multiplayer as well and probably it will even have the same acknowledgement that "The forest" got

It's like you want to win this supposed idiot olympics.
