So I just started the game.. I've got memory loss, loss of motor function and apparently haven't got a moral bone in my body... Oh yeah.. This is gonna end well... :-)
Aquanox 1 is a pain to get working correctly.. I mean, not when it comes to getting it running, but the mouse sensitivity is buggy. You have to plug an older ball mouse in, or mess with your DPI settings.. Aquanox 2 works well on Windows 10 though, since GOG tweaked it. Honestly giving the second one a play through might help to get you in to the story of this one a bit more. That's why I'm excited. I've been waiting for this for over a decade.
After starting this game up and getting through the tutorial, I immediately opened task manager, closed the game, and uninstalled it.. Then I proceeded to open steam, and purchase a copy. More than happy to support the developers on this one.. I had a good feeling when I saw THQ Nordic flash on the intro screen. Man.. 2020 has been a letdown, but at least we got this, and Cyberpunk... And Bloodlines 2 is coming, oh man! Not all is lost!!
i was watching raptor playing this game earlier today and downloaded old version where you cannot play NEW GAME but just online. i dont know whats happening but when i think about some game IGGGAMES upload it like we can read eachothers mind. incredible.

Doubt IGG goes out and buys/rips/hacks these games all time. They're using other sources like "people being outside" or "a girl who is known for her fitness regimen" or "any other source that I have to hint their name cause IGG has filters on". It's best to find other avenues other than here. Variety is the spice of life. Specially ones who don't see the irony of being for piracy, yet still worry about questionable commentary.

Rather have this than MK11. We've had plenty of MK over the years. I didn't think we'd ever see another Aquanox. Loved the first two.. Reminded me of an underwater Freelancer or Darkstar One but with less depth (pun intended, lmao, the irony.)
MK3 all the way. But ClayFighter is the best fighting game. I refuse to play any other fighting game since experiencing the perfection that is ClayFighter.

agree, i can't feel the rush and emotion like the first time release in Xbox. back then MK is only game i spend most of hour and perfect every move as possible. Clearly they are missing something

IGG's feed is a really good way to keep up with game releases that're worth playing.. It doesn't list everything, but it's the best single source worth watching to stay current if you're a PC gamer, and It beats having to constantly check Steam, Epic, GOG, and the other few relevant platforms. Just checking in to IGG usually gives me the skinny on all of them, save for a few releases here and there.
It's the first game in the series and also the best in my opinion.
