Extract the RAR files, you will get the .ISO and a patch folder.
Mount the .ISO image (you need daemon tools).
Open the DVD previously mounted from the .ISO, now run "start.exe" and install the game.
Open the "patch" folder released when you extracted the rar files and run "CHRONICLES02_v102.exe". Extract the files (anywhere but where you installed the game) and you will get a text file and "オルタクロニクルズ02.rio.ruo1" file.
