I tried to execute the latest update of Democracy 4, but it still won't launch because of the error: "The application was unable to start correctly. (0xc000007b)" How can I fix this?
Since I reinstalled my computer and tried to play this it says "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application. Legit tried everything to fix the issue but doesn't seem that either my computer isn't the problem or this application has a problem.
download the .net framework all versions and also microsoft visual c++ starts from 2008 until 2017, after that it will work or if it still doesn't work for you, try installing aio runtimes (search it on youtube if you still confused), i used this method instead of first one and it worked like a charm. hope it helps you too mate!

That depends on the country, politics is more complicated on western countries since you can't just kidnap a person and they'll never be seen again. It's easy to say you have a goal, achieving it is a whole other beast. And yes, you can build farms and factories, but it would become pointless if you can't acquire the raw materials or can't export foodstuff due to market depreciation. Then there is infrastructure, if you don't have this, you'll have a horrible time managing the transportation, production and preservation of food. If you don't have transportation, there would be inefficiency in labor, thereby making everyone want to live where they work. That becomes a sanitation and hygiene problem leading to disease and high mortality. Workers also work based on motivation, if they know they're going to die by 30ish due to lack of healthcare, they won't want to work. You need educated individuals to manage foreign relations lest you lack completely in a market to export your goods, not to mention the prospect of war. You could stockpile your goods for the eventuality of war too, since everything gets expensive during war, however, your people won't like you stockpiling goods they produced so you need to compromise on that, afterall, you're a politician, not a monopoly that can migrate when the people become hostile. And while you might be intelligent, the people are not so education is definitely a necessity if you want to be competitive internationally. You do want to sell high quality goods and not some knock offs from China, right? People will also require entertainment as a distraction, after-all, you're making them work all day. They'll be pissed if all they do is work. There are a lot of issues, just saying you'll build farms and factories is kinda naive, no offense. Running a nation is not easy when there are so many parties vying for your position and your resources.
