Tl;dr: If you doesn't care about Runestones - ignore this comment.

If you want to play with Runestones and unlock them normally by levelling your "account" DO NOT install
setup_talisman_-complete_runestone_deck_78380(59455).exe
.

If you already installed it, run unins006.exe
(but check if poput says uninstall Complete Runic Stones first), then goto
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Nomad Games\Talisman-GOG

and delete nm_tracking_id

(it will reset all your settings as well, so keep that in mind).

And if you just want all Runestones unlocked, just install setup_talisman_-complete_runestone_deck_78380(59455).exe
dlc normally.

Link from Mega.nz contains GOG install. It has all DLCs, you can install, unfortunately one-by-one, but they works (without any need to edit config files).
Available langs are: English, German, French, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, DLCs incl.

So the game runs fine but none of the DLC registers. I've tried several different fixes but nothing, any help? I feel like I'm missing something simple lol
