Lemme tell you something bro. We're not doing anything ethical here. This is like the rock bottom from Spongebob, there's nothing morally good here, but that's how shit works around here, if you feel a way about that you shouldn't be here to begin with. Anyone questioning why they're here needs to go back to buying from steam on the regular because this is a casino and we're gambling addicts here to stay.

It's equally disingenuous to pretend that it is worse than it is by bringing ethics into it. Is it illegal? Yes. Is it unethical? Highly debateable.

I don't think it's debatable man. It's unethical to get things that should be bought for free, even if the people who made the game or product don't deserve it or are terrible people or if there's a scam behind it, it's still a product meant to be paid and if you have some trifle with the creator(s) of said product then you should just avoid it altogether. That's what I think, if you think differently that's up to you. That being said, I have no problem admitting that what I'm doing is wrong and if the consequences come down the line, that's on me. We're all adults or at least aware of our actions and should be prepared to face responsibility for said actions at any moment. Beyond that, I'm a fucking pirate! Yo ho, Yo ho! A pirate's life for me!

well, some of us check the games out before buying them, while avoiding the very long refund times on steam

You're fine. Just buy whatever you enjoyed/used to completion/continue to use once you can afford it. If it isn't worth your time or money, you will delete it well before you're finished. At that point, it's considered a demo or test drive.

Well , let me say one thing to you , you are wrong , I am adult , and you mentioned I am speaking innocently , but that is wrong , You and Everyone here are strangers and foreigners to me , so I am trying my best to speak politely to you all , and when I said I will start paying for my games once I I get a job , means I want to take responsibility to my old actions , so you misunderstood me , something called " innocence "
is forbbiden in these days , but I am really proud that I have strong conscience , bcuz it always leds me to the right way .

Well I guess it's good to have innocent people in this world filled with various type of A-hole.
Don't take "innocent" and "young" as a negative thing, that's genually cute. But you do what you want, hopefully you will learn enought money to buy what ever game you want and regret only a small percent of these purchases.

It's a meme picture from the 2000-2010 , it was actually a humor against myself, the fat man laughing suposedly representing myself laughing at "how cute" you are.
Don't take it bad. Anyway have a good one. And don't butt your head too much, pirating don't hurt game economy as much as they want you to think about it.

Fun fact. In a subjective expanding universe being experienced by countless objective perspectives, nothing is constant except change.
Which means that even killing people can be considered morally correct, under the right circumstances. Lol.

You're unlikely to wind up in court for downloading "copyrighted" material. First, they've got to prove it was you who did it. An IP, machine, or hard drive is not enough. It's incredibly difficult to prove who actually downloaded the file to the drive. This is why the RIAA wound up losing almost all of the cases they had during the whole Napster ordeal. This is why there are companies that entities like WB hire to watch torrent trackers and stuff, so they can send emails to the ISP's providing internet to the IP's connecting to them, to request that they shut off that IP's service.. But this is actually illegal, and they have no right to shut off a service that is deemed as "essential" under current citizen rights in the USA. Yes, you have a legal right to internet, and a file being downloaded by an IP is not a sufficient reason or evidence enough to shut off an essential service. This is like cutting your phone, or water off, on some bogus claim.. What if there was an emergency? You can actually take your ISP to court if they don't turn your service back on, or something like that.. There was an article on torrentfreak.
And lastly, the person who will be taking you to court will be the person who owns the content you downloaded. If it's not some media giant, it is extra unlikely. Then there's VPN's and so on and so forth.. Nobody goes to court for illegal downloading any more. It's extremely rare, and usually it winds up being whatever host is storing the illegal content.. The RIAA lawsuits were a rare, obscure event.. And they were done mostly as a media scare tactic, they thought they could do something about it.. Boomers boomin' out..
There's a lot of information on this subject, it's all available online.. But I wouldn't worry. The only guilt you should feel is if you download something created by an independent developer or small team, you proceed to use and enjoy the product, and don't buy a copy when you can afford it. Small developers need every bit of support they can get. Large corporations aren't affected by piracy. They have a large demographic of people who are ignorant to the world of media piracy giving them cash flow.

More often than not, companies/law enforcement go after the people distributing content rather than individual consumers. Then even if they do, what you said comes into effect.

Exactly. The best defense you have when it comes to downloading, is the sheer amount of BS that the parties involved have to go through to actually get anything done.
