it's been awhile since i touch emulator stuffs. Does Citra emulator still free? and has it run smoother? last time i used it, Fire Emblem has few lags during cut scenes. Also, any news on Vita Emulator? crappy as it is, lots of Japs game released there for some reason

Personally, I download all of my emulators from that great French website, which updates daily all emulators :

I haven't tried Vita emulation yet, but I think the only one who can run a few commercial games is Vita3K.
