Controls feel great and visuals/animations are excellent. Its simple mechanics lead to a surprising amount of depth in its platforming and puzzles with the player required to master the moves for some hidden secrets. Those “invisible” ads kept happening to me too but it was fixed for me and in fact even if it isn’t there visually I’m pretty sure there’s always a X butten on the top right corner of the site
I don't recall this certain game but I'm pretty sure we're thinking about the same one. It was a 2d stealth game that the playable character used a hook(?) to maneuver and kill enemies
I have played both and in fact I found mark of the ninja because I thought it was that game(and it is quite possibly the game lale is thinking of) but the game I remember was a lot simpler and more of a point and click puzzle type of game
