As a RPG fan, the only thing which annoys me about Kemco games are the endless dialogues. More gameplay, less dialogues!! But gameplay is solid, like other comments say below.
many kemco games are really cool, but they also often put protections against pirating inside the game, like making enemies immortal and do 1hit ko to you
Ok so, I played this game for about 4 hours. It's solid. I don't know what the company Kemco did in the past to make people hate their games, (maybe they're like Kagura games), but I can safely recommend this game to everyone. The characters are great, the battle system is... ok, and if you play on the hardest difficulty like I do, you can deck yourself with god level gear early on which is fun. Again, solid game.
They're kinda hit or miss. The system tends to be very similar, so you usually know what you're getting into, but some of the games have rather endearing characters while the others are better described as "your great-aunt thinks she got the hangs of these here tropes".
Hey, I see a Butterfree in this game. Is this the new Pokemon Gun game? Awesome, can't wait to train my slightly mutated Butterfree, mutated Charizard and... a Pan With a Worm(?) and win the Pokemon League! Gotta catch them all, as they say!
