What a disgusting combination of pixel art and blur. And the trick is that the latter cannot be disabled in the settings. And in the latest updates they brought humor there, in general, the spanish shame in itself.
I don't know if the issue is with me alone or not but It seems I can't run the setup.exe of the new release AKA "Total Lunarcy". It simply doesn't launch the installer. I installed the previous version, "The Imperium Strikes Back" with no issue though and so far I've had no issues with any of the games here. Also, thinking that there might be a problem with IGG's installer I went and downloaded the same SKIDROW files from other sources. They all act the same way. Kinda weird and a bit scary. Hopefully, it's just me.
Nice that disabling Defender did it for you, and thank you for sharing that. I had it disabled (as I usually do before installing any games) and the problem was persisting. The way I kinda worked around it was that I copied the 'Imperium' installer executable over the Total Lunarcy executable and to my surprise that installed the game with the latest version. Haven't gone into it much but everything seems OK for now.
The version 1.0.0.1 stuck at "new game plus" map 4 (ISS eternal), playing the music but black screen of death, twice (I deleted the game and replay from scratch) :(
instead of deleting it you couldnt you just abandon the current mission? you can do that by checking in the box right above the delete save option... then you just load the save.
Surprised people post youtube videos from a place where they don't actually purchase the game, probably not smart if you want to be a content creator lol
