When I start the game from Launcher.exe it only loads the Hello Neighbor mod kit, but not the game. When I try to manually launch the game from WRC9.exe, it says that I am not signed in Epic Games, which I am clearly signed in and online. Also, the update doesn't work because it's meant for CODEX uploader, and this torrent isn't from CODEX?! Here are some screenshots. Please help....
I had the same problem, and then I deleted and reinstalled EG Launcher in my Program Files (x86) folder. It was in a different partition before. Maybe that is issue with you as well. After that I signed into the same account that gave me issues, and launched the game from the Launcher.exe application in the game folder. Not the WRC9.exe.
Failed to open Software\Epic Games\EOS registry. Be sure to have installed Epic Games Launcher and have it up to date. GetLastError->0x0 always ending with thi... what am i doing wrong? game is not going to start.. it writes me when i starting with launcher.exe and when i start with WRC9.exe it starts only for few seconds, few screens and it fall down back to windows.. :( after few seconds game will fall down and not start... pleeease help! p.s. ok. already helped and solved problem! didnt have installed epic game launcher and of course bought mentioned kit higher above.. haha.. lol

When i start it.. it opens the games hello neighbor modification window.. where i can watch/edit a model of that game.. and thats it... Dont get where what to do.
Played another release (a torrent called 0xdeadc0de repack) for a bit, you actually HAVE TO install Epic Game Store, register an account, download Hello Neighbor Mod Kit and use it to run this release. (If you still can't get it running I have nothing to say.) Game is actually pretty good, honestly (Japan stages are a lot of fun.) Runs better with my GTX1050Ti than WRC 8 did, KT Racing has done a pretty good job making this thing, that's all I can tell you.
After releasing 9 of these games, these guys need to realize that VR is the future of racing games. As long as Dirt Rally has VR, a lot of people aren't even going to look at this.
He's right about the future of racing games tho, after playing dirt rally in VR with a steering wheel i can't ever go back to a 2D screen... But still i am used to VR, half of the people who tried it around me suffered from motion sickness or were exhausted after one race.
You should realize that 1 out of 10 gamers have VR and still 1 out of 5 those who had it use it often than oce per month. VR is fun but for short periods - playing 2-3 hours with VR is a pain. For me VR i actual form is still not good enough for common use. For me VR in gaming is like 3D in TV - interesting but not good enough for continous use. Maybe next 10/20 years of development will change that.

Open UserSettings.cfg.
Change Language in second line.
