Thank you love Choice Of Games they have great storytellling so many whiners who don't understand that text based games exist and that people that play games for storytelling and character development love it. Mostly illiterate morons who can't understand how could somebody play a game if it's not COD and doesn't have an explosion fest.
It is not because it is a text based game but because it is a shovelware. I loved Infocom games and I love some text base games, but they need a good story with good (and credible) characters and not those fake characters.
well, Choice of Games has been existing for many years with plenty of titles so evidently the model is profitable, I don't think they care that much of a bunch of people coming here to get their games for free

Also, they don't need to be explicit only text but Choice of Games is really cheap with their games, and they launch a new game practically every month (i.e. shovelware). He's made at least twenty of these awful "text adventure" games with zero gameplay. I'm honestly curious about his profits, considering he could easily be outsourcing the writing for like $40 a "game" and then turn around and make triple by selling it on Steam.
