Don't use the shortcuts that are created by the game install. Neither shortcut showed clubs for me. As Hypn Ose Lux pointed out, navigate to C:\Game\MMA Team Manager\win64\ and run the "MMA Team Manager.exe" file in order to see clubs.

You've to choose the 64bits version of the game (Not the default install). The 32bits version is broken.
ie X:\Game\MMA Team Manager\win64
