Normally this happens when your graphic card is having a problem. You could try cleaning it and if that doesn't work, either give it to a professional for him to have a look at it and see if it's repairable, or buy another one. Now, if you happen to run other games correctly and the problem is only for this game, then I truly have no idea of what is happening there.
The developer has released a FREE version of Alpha 29 on the steam game page for everyone in quarantine (but the link will probably stay there forever). Pretty cool guy.
