Downloaded the game it all worked fine played it for 20 mins and i exited the game. So finally, after the last update, I was able to run this game (AVX). I was hoping the game wouldn't be the same Grind as AC: Odyssey, which I uninstalled after 40 hours (coz of Grind). Unfortunately, map after 2 hours looks very similar to the Odyssey. For now, I like the game, and I don't mind playing as vagina, surprisingly. The game works fine, even on mine potato PC. Few Mods added.
1 if you have a lower vram that 3 gb it wont run 2 storage 3 drivers reinstal amd or intel. 4 reinstal the game. if these dosent work well you can try reinstaling the whole windows but i dont think that will help
Mine works using 2GB VRAM GTX750ti. But it display the requirement in video when it launch. I am also using an i3 6100 with 8GB_RAM and run without crashing.
you can go straight to 1.07, from any version if you follow the above steps. It's just a better optimized version in general, the launch version is not good at all.
Copy past files into install directory, then run junkfiles.bat. be sure it's the correct version for your install, Codex version is epic games version.

If you're already checked the Automatically manage paging file size uncheck it, then on the hard drive you've installed the game on, and then press Custom size and type in the Intial size (MB) bar 16384 and in the Minimum size (MB) 32768 and then set, press apply and wait
i find a solution that worked for me i downloaded this .rar file # in the main game folder i emptied the content of the folder "LocalCacheDX12" and put in it the content of the .rar file and just launched the game right into main menu skipping the optimization screen (i advise to translate the page i put the link on cause it's in russian)

Hey, I have a problem.. When I launch the setup, I clicked on "install" and an error empty window named "ISDone.dll" opened. After that, the installator says "installation failed"... I get a new ISDone.dll in my computer but it still don't work :/

Anyone else getting send game crash error report when exiting the game? Never had crashing issues when actually playing the game, but only when closing the game. I lose internet connectivity for a few minutes too whenever this happens which is really weird.
Me too, and probably everyone else. Does it mater? I didn't see any issue regarding the save game, in-game, etc. I played without any patch on a middle-end rig, no problem at all beside the error on exit.
I thought I'm the only one having this. Not really it matters or affecting me in a huge way, except the part where my internet goes derp for a few minutes after getting that send error report message (although this doesn't happen 100% of the time). What your not answering is render resolution will make it look bad. Are you running the game on a hdd or ssd? If u gotta nvidia gpu then maybe change the global settings to default. Of you can manually change hzd itself and make sure it's set to default. Also have u tried switching your resolution? And switched from full to border back to fullscreen?
My game is of course on an SSD. I will look in the NVDIA settings but normally the game should work without having to touch the NVIDIA settings. I tried to change the resolution but each time the graphics remain mediocre, I really have the impression that the game is automatically put into a low resolution while I am in 1920x1080 in the settings

Check if your disk is full (especially drive C:). It takes quite a lot of storage, CMIIW. For me, I got error on my first optimization. Then I freed some space on my C: and the next optimization ends well.
Is the crack folder "CODEX" supposed to be empty within the ISO? Busy installing but thought if this is not correct I might get some sort of pre-emptive strike on this.

I was unable to run the game, but did some research and aparently it's got to do with an issue on older CPU's that don't have some specific NVM or something like that (can't remember the name and unable to find the resource again XD), so unfortunately for me I cannot play this. I have a solid PC and the cpu is also pretty solid; it's just older. Sucks, but that's life. So glad I did not buy this as there's no disclaimer for this isssue. Thanks again for the response!
How to fix mini/micro stutters ingame Download the CODEX Version Horizon.Zero.Dawn.Update v1.02 [epic] crack version if you are using the epic store version which is available and we have right now on igg-games. Sorry I can't post links here as the admin wont allow it.. Kindly request the update patch instead or google it yourself. This isn't helpful at all unless you're running a G-sync monitor.. turning off v-sync both in nvidia control panel and ingame is guaranteed to cause screen tearing.
Strange, my laptop is not that great. Only using old ROG (bought in 2014) with GTX 950m. But this game runs perfectly without applying any patches. To be precise, I used all low settings but on a 1080p resolution. Works just great. No low FPS, no stutter, no render problem. Sure, the first optimization thing took around 10-25 mins, but its just a first time launch. After that it load so fast. Enter/exiting the game and loading/restarting a check point feels almost instant.

Hi, I recently downloaded a game on igg, I did all the .iso setup but when I want to start the game, the file steamclient.dll gets detected as a threat by my antivirus then gets deleted. Is there any chance that this file is indeed a virus or a malware ? Thank you :D

Look, if you go to the DMV you take a number and sit down and wait. Taking more numbers will not help you get called up faster, nor does standing at the wrong desk and continually asking the staff when you'll be called up, or complaining at them, and to other customers that it takes a long time. If you requested the update in the proper place and it did not get uploaded, that means the update is not cracked yet and you need to just sit down with your number and wait.

Check your CPU, we had same problem when tried to start it on INtel mainboard with to old CPU, it was i3-540. Now changed mainboard and CPU and works like charm
I had to force recheck the torrent a few times before it finally downloaded that last .1%. It would say it was done, then it would give an error when I tried to install. Rechecking would put the torrent back at 99.9% and be stuck there for hours.
Man, forces the torrent to verify the download. Delete it from the PROGRAM not the PC, and click the shortcut to download it again. It will instead of downloading, check the file. It is usually 0.1% without downloading.
game isnt crashing for me, however the fps is low as shit even on lowest setting everything..... i know i dont have the best spec pc in the world but man....not even lowest setting when i can run rdr2 default setting with 60ish fps.....this is just shit optimization.....
Alright, first of all the devs themselves admitted the game was buggy af and they're doing what they can to patch the game. But I'm gonna try to give you guys some solutions to see about fixing those crashes in the meantime.
Please just make sure your graphics cards are up to date. Download any updates if you have any queued up. Everything needs to be current. Throw in any major system updates too. DirectX12, any major Windows updates, all that good stuff. And yes you need to be on Windows 10.
Make sure you have ALL overlays disabled/turned off at least when trying to play HZD. Steam overlay, GeForce Experience, heck even Discord just to be safe. Close any background apps that are running, any other windows you might have open.
This is a big one. If you crash at start up, follow these steps best you can. Go to your save folder directory. For me it was in my main "Documents" folder. Rename the "profile" folder located inside "Saved Game". Then rename it back to "profile". If that doesn't work, create a new folder on your Desktop named "Saved Game" then extract the entire contents of "Saved Game" from your Documents to the new "Saved Game" folder you just made on your Desktop. Delete the original "Saved Game" folder from the "Horizon Zero Dawn" directory, replace it with the copy you just made on the Desktop, and you SHOULD be good to go. I went from crashing instantly on startup to being able to play with next to zero issue for hours, other than a few crashes due to using a trainer for mods by following these steps. I hope it helps someone! Please pin this comment if it works for you guys so others can see!

Ladies and gentlemen, strangely I realized that the crash problem when starting was caused by the active GeForce Experience. When he closed it, the game ran smoothly. I believe it is a good attempt.

These patches available, I tried from 3 different sources and they all didn't work. None prevented chash at startup. I tried to reinstall the game and nothing, the crash remains, something makes me believe that the game was not completely cracked. I will not uninstall the video driver and install again because of that. I won't even complain because the "test" was free, but also with no regrets for not paying dearly for a game full of problems.
as stated before i paid full price before launch for the game, have no issues only one crash thus far and that was a few moments ago while gaining the quest into the frozen wilds expansion starts with....after speaking to the tribe idiot.....but yea may jus be certain pc spec issues...

I have a intel i7-780 2.93 ghz boosts up to 3.5ghz and a gtx 1070 with 8 gb of RAM, and I did the virtual memory thing, atx emulator thing, antivirus thing, and Vcc+ thing. And I still cant start up the game, nothing happens with I run the exe. Help me, Help me, please.

restart the PC and got o computer setting-device manager-disable your GPU audio function. Let the on board or others sound card installed. Then it should be do the trick.

try to uninstall your GPU driver and restart, then Install again, let the game run the benchmark on it and you should able to get the game running again.
there isn't one from what I've seen. i tried just about everything to get it to work and the game instantly crashes on launch for me. first few hours of gameplay i had next to zero issues, now i can't even get it to launch.
The game runs REALLY poorly on my hardware. I have Ryzen 5 2600 and Vega 56 and i cant even hit 60fps on almost everything low except TAA and Texture is on medium. Is this normal? It also eats up to 8.5gb VRAM these settings.
I love this game, been playing for 2 days on ultra setting Geforce GTX 1050 encountered a stutter once because when I run the game it prompted me to update my graphics driver and so I did the update and the game was so smooth been playing for almost 12+ hours with no problems

Increasing Virtual Memory in Windows 10 Go to the Start Menu and click on Settings. Type performance. Choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows. In the new window, go to the Advanced tab and under the Virtual memory section, click on Change. At the bottom of the new window, check what the Recommended value is and how it compares to Currently allocated. If the current setting is significantly less than the recommended, uncheck the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives box at the top of the same windows and then click on Custom size. R3 2200 G RX 580 8gb 8gb ram at 2666 SATA SSD the lower you wanna go with your fps the better graphic preset you can get, i know obvious, but setting the anti aliasing to camera based, and be willing to turn off motion blur, a mix of ultra and high is achievable even with my machine, with 52fps on average. i am playing the official game tho, a sharing account, and maybe the performance there is a bit better
You'll be getting bad fps drops later on in the game. It's quite poorly optimized for cpu performance, and you have a rather mediocre cpu with slow ram. your gpu will do fine even with high settings, but when cpu-intensive places appear, expect trouble. @@stephen_edlin:disqus is running a mobile cpu, so it's an extremely bad idea for him to go anywhere beyond minimal settings.

I think they designed this game for PC for 60 fps , I am getting average 95 fps in the benchmark, With stuttering. when I lock to 60/65 fps ,90% of stuttering gon. Try in game fps limit to 70 and Nvidia fps limit to 65. Shadows and clouds to High .
Nevermind I found the problem. I was setting Anistropic Filtering through the nVidia control panel. The higher the setting, the worse it got. So I disabled it altogether and it fixed the problem.
yea ive noticed some people with that particular setting were having problems, especially with external control panels like nvidia or amd messing with it
Now that the rendering problem is fixed, like you it's running great for me so far. I'm tempted to see how it runs on my laptop now, a Skylake model with a GTX 970m, which might put it slightly over minimum specs for this game.
If you really wanna play this, give it a try and see if your rig can run it, im seeing a lot of people have problems, and a lot of people not being able to play the game at all. But at the same time i also see a good chunk of people that can run this. i have RX580 Ryzen 3 2200G 16gb ram and this game runs butter smooth at 60fps ,1920x1080, on medium/high graphics
Just a fair warning. DO NOT download. It's crash galore 24/7 and not sure if it happens when Alt Tabbing, but a RPG that crashes is a big NO-NO. Good lord, 20 minutes of a progress bar that does NOTHING is bonkers, and I had to go through it again when Windows updated to 2004. On a side note, game is not optimized at all with FPS going all over the spectrum. Alas, my PC isn't top of the line but at least it can handle CoDMW (2019) just fine. For now, the devs aknowledged theses issues and I recommend to wait for an update.
Hey! for those who experience crash every now e then, my solution was to set the defaut Clock on my GPU... i noticed everytime it crashed, GPU usage was at 100%, i had id overclocked stable but it doesnt seem to work with this game at this time. i found out the reason why my PC is overheating. its because this game renders so many grass, the grass are everywhere in this game. when i travel to places that has no or less grass, my PC is silent. same thing with GTAV. in GTAV you can turn off grass but not in horizon zero dawn. hope someone makes a mod to reduce grass or get rid of it
If the PC overheats it will shut down by itself, in which case you should tweak the settings to avoid that from happening. If your hardware struggles continuously you might shorten its useful life, so you should avoid it if possible.
isdone.dll error while installing fix: download the .dll somewhere, paste it in both C:Windows\System32 and SysWOW64 Upgrade your graphics card drivers or it will crash in the LONG AND UNNECESARY graphical configuration at the beginning. It is playable, but it uses too much video memory.

sadly that's purely based on both your download speed and how many peers you're connected to, try changing your port a few times in torrent settings and see if you connect to more people.
After getting through the ordeal of upgrading my second installation of windows 7 to windows 10 to play this game and two day of downloading the torrent I admit it might have not been the greatest idea to use my slowest HDD (it was the one least used). BUT - the game works, benchmark showed 51 fps on average (RX 570 GPU). Sometimes the better textures load slowly or not at all during cutscenes, so the surfaces look too smooth. But I blame my slow drive for that and I don't care too much. I played and enjoyed much worse looking games than this.

I've just downloaded the game from torrent, and after trying to install the game, i have encountered an error window named ISDone.dll, anyone have an idea what i can do, to repair it?
NO megaup net is still up an running and its the only one thatll match how fast google drive dl speed is. i suggest a downloader unless you already have one. but yea jus bc gdrive is down doesnt mean theyll reupload. mega is last to be used yet my second one of choice always.
ive not had one bud or crash at all and ive even used cheat engine to modify my shards as well as skills...it mus be the ones with lower end pc hardware to have issues or they do not have all drivers they believe they need installed in order for it to run properly in the first place.....

Ok so it's a little bit of both reasons as why you don't wanna level up. I thought exactly like you about W10 but since some games need Directx12 to run I was kinda grabbed by the balls. So I made the jump a couple monts ago. You're right about the hand holding and forced features. You can still tweak most stuff to be less obnoxious but the OS still keeps the hand on some process and you can do jack shit about it. Very aggravating if you like to tinker - but perfect for casual users I guess . Less tinkering for them - but less freedom for us. And it's not as if we had a real choice anyway.

Part 10 is the last one I need and no domain is working.. it either requires premium accounts or it takes 24+ hours because it downloads at like 10kb...
all parts/downloads are interchangable with one another, if gdrive is down sayin 404 error or whatever simply use megaup net thats the only other one thatll hold up to gdrives speeds accounting the use of a download manager that allows for more than 16/32 connections to a download at a time.

I've had the shader's bug where I'm stuck after reaching 100% and I've tried the solution "moreuse"'s video gave, without much results beside loading faster to 100%. It's not like I have terrible specs either, a bit out of date but reasonable considering I'm around the recommend specs
Played for a few hours, no problems other than the occasional stutter during cutscenes...weird how the actual gameplay is smooth but every now and then the cutscenes hiccup.
my game is from steam directly but at the same time its on an nvme ssd, i dont see any hiccups unless i turn x16 on in nvidia control panel itself on my 2070s.
Considering if I turn on antialisaing in nvidia control panel it makes the fireflys for stealth grass spots turn square and block af.... this happen with you as well?

Same. It was a little more than halfway through and a black box popped up with just an red X in it, no message that I could read. I clicked OK which was the only thing I could see to click and it told me installation failed.
Alright so i have been playing for several hours now with no crashes. The stuttering and FPS drops are still there but nothing too bad. I found someone recommending downloading the GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 451.85. I can play in settings on 1080p with anisotropic filtering on low and motion blur off. Test it out and see what happens for Nvidia users.
in game antisotropic filtering didn change much on my 2070s for frame rate or the look. but changing it in nvidia control panel did quite a bit. anyhow i dont see a hotfix in geforce for .85??
Manually search for it on Google and it will pop up. It's not an official release driver. However, after some longer playing and tweaks here and there some other stuff needs doing as well. I've posted about editing the .exe but there is also some tweaking with a .ini file needed as well. A guy posted about it somewhere on Crack Watch regarding the Special K mod.
I've reached level 50 got all skills, weapons uptown a certian point for the frozen wilds. And I've 9nly had two crashes.... the game updated thru steam as that's where I got mine by purchasing it. But, I do know nvidia released another driver recently in which I do not know if it pertained to HZD.
Ok additional note. I have found that there appears to be a write issue with the executable file. Open the game's .exe file in a hex editor and replace all instances of C7 04 25 00 00 00 00 A7 DC EA 0D with 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90. Make sure you create a copy of the original .exe file in case you mess it up.
Game crashed once for me, about 10 seconds into the opening cutscene; has been very smooth since besides the sudden popup environmental in the background but I don't care about that stuff. It does keep telling me to upgrade my GPU driver, but my Device manager said it's the best version, also I read the game seems better with AMD GPUs and for whatever reason they did a crappy job with the port for Nvidia? I have a RTX 2070 that is working ok for now with it.

Game requirements lists the i5 2500K (4C/4T 32nm 3.3./3.7GHz DDR3, PCIe 2.0, supporting AVX) as a minimum compatible CPU, or an AMD FX-6300. As with Death Stranding, the store page of HZD on Steam does not indicate AVX is a hard requirement for running the game. For these people, launching the game triggers a silent crash at startup with no error messages. Since July 14th, 505 games support ignored and made no statements about either acknowledging or offering an explanation on the issue. Ryzen 2600@4,1Ghz, RX570 @1475, 2100. 32 GB 3200 ram, SSD - no crashes, on high 60 (cap - without is mostly 74 in open spaces) fps sometimes going down to 57fps (not o often). I also use this file from Death Stranding (the same engine) oo2core_7_win64.dll and replaced Horizon oo2core_3_win64.dll (change the name of oo2core_7_win64.dll to oo2core_3_win64.dll ). This give me better CPU utilization. Also my Windows 10 is 20H1 with drivers AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition 20.8.1. Updated directx and installed Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One 2020. My Windows 10 is moded - it has removed Windows Defender, and Guard service. CPU is unparked. The game is very good, I recommend it. I have played it for 4 hours and I have not had any kind of failure. no freezing, no bugs, all good. I don't know why they complain so much about the game? ...crashes, contoller does not work, every 5 minutes it freezes, the game does not start. I have heard hundreds of complaints. but the question is? Why have I not had any of these types of failures?
The game keeps crashing none stop and every time it crashes the screen goes black and it and a pop up appears and says the game has unfortunately stopped working. Guess that depends on the machine if not the version because i have played the steam version for almost 2 hours and didn't crash or had stutters at all but didn't feel the price tag was worth it so i refunded and downloaded this epic games version, on the first minute i had stuttering in the wild and after 30 minutes of gameplay the game crashed, so i may have not played long on each version but i had absolutely horrible experience on the epic games version compared to the steam release. try your self, either way you can just refund the game from steam before it reach 2 hours anyway so just give it a try.

Turned off ambient occlusion? This is one of the option you always want to have enable, even if it costs you some fps. It's a total game changer for image quality.
what AO add is nothing but a fake shadow on bitmap texture mate. it not really do anything on image quality when in most cases if you play game that you need to see everything clearly such as online pvp game. well you better turn it off mate.

Add the game on Steam as a non-Steam game, open Big Picture Mode and then configure the controller in the settings of Big Picture Mode. I use this with a DualShock4 and it works on many games.

Did you tick the box that said apply crack when it finishes installing? If so that's not a problem. If none of the above then you'll have to unpack the folders again or worse, download it, lets hope it's the former. :)
Fyi guys , i try install this game on ssd & hdd. I have problems when I play on hdd such as stuttering and floating building in one area. But when I play on ssd , I don't have problems & the game run smooth. I think there's patch or something to fix this. Hope this can help you guys. Thanks.
What's your video card? I had similar issues with my GTX 750 with games like Jedi Fallen Order and Satisfactory, both use Unreal Engine and both minimum requeriments are +2GB VRAM but my 750 is just 1GB. Unreal is the common factor... I had to play JFO with these graphics lol
I just fixed it, I had to delete the profile that Radeon's program set for the game. What is it, adrenaline? I don't use it.. It's the app the GPU uses to bring up an overlay in games so you can mess with your graphics cards settings. Shutting down all the Radeon apps helped stability even more. Apparently the game doesn't like it when your GPU's app tries to override its graphics settings, no matter how high you set them externally, and it'll automatically set it to the lowest setting despite whatever it says its set to in the menu. The setting in question is anisotropic filtering. Some research lead me to find out that this problem also exists for Nvidia owners, and the same thing will happen with the AF settings and Nvidia software as well.
When you say you deleted the profile what exactly do you mean? I'm getting the same problem. I tried shutting down all radeon programs but I'm still getting the same low detail graphics.
nvidia owner here gtx 2070 with no problems but then again i dont use any of those programs like afterburner or the msi gaming app mine come with , i manually do it all

Yeah, it wasn't my favorite game back when I played it. It was fun enough but the story was about as generic as it gets. Reports are saying that Digital Foundry's copy had some kind of problem that no longer exists, though, so it seems to be a good port.
Go and redownload game, 1st delete file from torrent then download it again at same folder where game is it would not take longed then 10 mins i think then install game

thats ALWAYS going to happen with any cracked game man. every game ive ever obtained from here has a false positive in it. considering i only download games pretty much i simply made this site have its own folder and set it to exclude in my A.V. settings. jus make sure your not downloading any .exe files. it will always be .rar or 7zip file types!
my pc auto selected to high/ultra...although my gpu is slightly better than yours 2070s with a beafy cooler, my cpu is a little lesser r5 1600af. and i get quite a bit high frames than what is shown in this bench?? ultra settings atm never dips under 70 although i have it limited to 60...
Just a fair warning, There are known crashes with the game atm (reported on steam as well and by the dev's) I have had a few in the last couple hours. Though I'm still playing it regardless, minor setbacks and all. Plenty of ppl are talkin about performance issues, remember this is the same engine Death Stranding is running on, So it is very gpu intensive. 4k is broken it seems, so run at 1440p is possible and reflections and shadows to med or high, it helps till they can patch it.

Nah it wasn't too expensive, under 1000 Euro(That's right, i'm not American!) but like i said it was an emergency buy because my last one, well...it went through some bad shit, like REALLY bad shit. im from eu too, under 1000 is okay if the parts arent the cheapest thing around, you can sell the gpu and upgrade then youre at like 1300 +/- plus the money you get for the old gpu if you got 16gb no need to upgrade, if you got 8gb you should.

i got mine locked at 60, i play 1440p with shadows on middle and no ambient occlusion cause i play on a 60 inch 4k tv with HDR mode on, so AO is pretty pointless and just takes way to much gpu power same with shadows on max, so maybe try that if you have issues.
i have mine locked at 60 as well, only ona 144 1920/1080 viewsonic monitor..no issues only had one spot that seemed like the devs got lazy. im sure others will see it if they go looking for a metal flower while helping the war chief from the nora savage...lands lol..actually i believe you have a choice not to help unsure atm...but no hdr on my end... buttt for 150 bucks this monitor wayy kicks the ass off my old aoc 60hz 1ms monitor...
yeah a lot of people say it still has bugs and performance issues on the steam page, but even without hdr i feel like ambient oclusion is pretty useless and just drains the gpu so if you got low fps problems turn that off
my fps is 80 avg with all settings maxed out. but on this game you can see the difference with A/O on and off....for sure never seen it on any other game or not that i could tell what it did. but i once again can see a difference in HZD. and there was an update i suppose...ive already put in 22.4 hrs on this game so i might have missed the download somehow lol..no crashes other than when i was using cheat engine trying to find shards and skills. found both those those had max at lvl 17 didnt loose interest thankfully...but yea performance is pretty good. just the one thing is floating textures on a few spots where sky scrapers used to be ect.
I'm only lvl 10 so far, locked at 60 fps and steady at 1440p AO off, I agree the game is great good graphics and so far not a single crash or bug. But the performance is definitely not the best compared to games like AC odyssey, where my gpu is way cooler even in the huge cities. Still it runs good and great game so far

you do know how seeding works right? if people who do seed didnt set up their upload speed to the max then you will have a slow download. no matter how fast your internet is. even people with a a 1Gbit connection would have 300Kbps right now. you really should learn how torrents work

HDR has no performance impact as far as I am aware. The game is internally always rendered in HDR but depending on display gets converted to SDR. I know, its useless information
I also had this after donwloading the .rar files from google drive. I simply extracted the .rar files again and then it worked. I did extract from one drive to another the second time though.
Download via Torrent. Upon completion, remove the torrent from the program's download list. Click on the link to download the game again directing to the same location where the game is downloaded. It will start a verification process, and will probably download any missing files. This error is more absence of downloaded files than the lack of DLL on your computer.

works fine on my ryzen 3 with gt 1030 graphics card and 16bg ram on custom settings like lowering the shadows and all while leaving the textures at mid to make it a bit decent looking. there is some bit of bottleneck issues but just minor can't even notice it when it runs on 30 fps and lower :U
So, I just spent 9 hours torrenting the game and I'm at the Codex setup appliation, normal procedure, you know how it is except not too long after clicking install I get some non-descript error and then installation failed. you might be missing a .dll file, you can either search it up and install it or check out something called k-lite codec pack (its free) comes packed with a bunch of .dll's and usually fixes my problem of not having a .dll thats needed

im gonna answer your question yes it is possible to play it with a few tweaks on the graphics, your graphics card can handle the game with 35~45 fps you gonna need to experiment through the graphics tho you prob can play it fine with low to medium graphics (things that demands more power you just keep it at low) edit: also you should probably just wait some more, until they optimise the game because at the state it is now its really affecting performance, as seen from many reviews on steam

I have 1080 graphic card from nvidia, and the game is unplayeable in some regions on high settings, Im not even using max settings. So yeah the game needs better optimization. I mean, i have no problem playing red dead redemtion 2 on max, this game should allow me to play at least on high settings with no sudden drop in fps. They will patch it soon tho, it is well known among community that the game needs a patch, so I would recomand waithing for patch.

You need GTX 1080 or better to play 1080p with high settings without any stutters. Don't even think about 1440p without at least 1080 Ti. If you compare TFLOPs of PS4 and these PC requirements. download 7 zip you will definiately need it. Its free and has no viruses. Then if the game is less then 5GB use http://mega.nz (there is a daily 5gb limit to it). If the game is higher then 5gb it will be uploaded in multiple parts. Use google drive if its available, or mega up is also good. After all parts are downloaded use 7 zip to open it ( if there are multiple parts you only need to open the first one, the rest is done automatically) then if you see a big file in the folder you will need to open it again with 7 zip. Do this until you see the game launcher or a setup exe file. If you open the setup file with administator rights check in all the boxes and start the download. When it completes the game should be available to play. All of this is from experience but might not be 100% correct. Every game is different to download.

DRM doesn't matter. According to http://gamestar.de (a german gaming site) the performance of the PC version is not particularly good, at least to this moment, so i think we should wait for an patch.
It's more than that, check digital foundry's performance review. The game suffer from a lot of technical issues, they're not game breaking, but aside from the PCI bug they're at worst annoying.
I will be laughing if the cracked version will run without issues, unlike the bought one. Btw, I got the PS4 version for quite a while already but didn't had the time to play far yet. To be precise, I used all low settings but on a 1080p resolution. Works just great. No low FPS, no stutter, no render problem.
Sure, the first optimization thing took around 10-25 mins, but its just a first time launch. After that it load so fast. Enter/exiting the game and loading/restarting a check point feels almost instant.

I run the game at low settings with almost no problems I haven't tried doing a mixture of settings yet since I was already tired when download finished but thanks for the game its a work of art.
Go to the Start Menu and click on Settings.
Type performance.
Choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
In the new window, go to the Advanced tab and under the Virtual memory section, click on Change.
At the bottom of the new window, check what the Recommended value is and how it compares to Currently allocated.

the lower you wanna go with your fps the better graphic preset you can get, i know obvious, but setting the anti aliasing to camera based, and be willing to turn off motion blur, a mix of ultra and high is achievable even with my machine, with 52fps on average.

BUT - the game works, benchmark showed 51 fps on average (RX 570 GPU). Sometimes the better textures load slowly or not at all during cutscenes, so the surfaces look too smooth. But I blame my slow drive for that and I don't care too much. I played and enjoyed much worse looking games than this.

You're right about the hand holding and forced features. You can still tweak most stuff to be less obnoxious but the OS still keeps the hand on some process and you can do jack shit about it. Very aggravating if you like to tinker - but perfect for casual users I guess . Less tinkering for them - but less freedom for us.
And it's not as if we had a real choice anyway.

I clicked OK which was the only thing I could see to click and it told me installation failed.
However, after some longer playing and tweaks here and there some other stuff needs doing as well. I've posted about editing the .exe but there is also some tweaking with a .ini file needed as well. A guy posted about it somewhere on Crack Watch regarding the Special K mod.
Open the game's .exe file in a hex editor and replace all instances of C7 04 25 00 00 00 00 A7 DC EA 0D with 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90 90. Make sure you create a copy of the original .exe file in case you mess it up.

Horizon Zero Dawn shares a similar engine with Death Stranding released on July 14th. On both games, crashing apart, many people owning the following CPUs simply can't play the game :
It is related to the use of AVX instructions within the game .exe itself. Game requirements lists the i5 2500K (4C/4T 32nm 3.3./3.7GHz DDR3, PCIe 2.0, supporting AVX) as a minimum compatible CPU, or an AMD FX-6300.
As with Death Stranding, the store page of HZD on Steam does not indicate AVX is a hard requirement for running the game.
For these people, launching the game triggers a silent crash at startup with no error messages.
Since July 14th, 505 games support ignored and made no statements about either acknowledging or offering an explanation on the issue. To avoid the same thing to happen to Guerilla devs, the problem needs to be addressed: to help customers oblivious to it to learn about the issue, so they can get a refund, within 14 days of purchase, or because the game does not run on their systems.

I also use this file from Death Stranding (the same engine) oo2core_7_win64.dll and replaced Horizon oo2core_3_win64.dll (change the name of oo2core_7_win64.dll to oo2core_3_win64.dll ). This give me better CPU utilization.
Also my Windows 10 is 20H1 with drivers AMD Radeon Adrenalin Edition 20.8.1. Updated directx and installed Visual-C-Runtimes-All-in-One 2020. My Windows 10 is moded - it has removed Windows Defender, and Guard service. CPU is unparked.

I had similar issues with my GTX 750 with games like Jedi Fallen Order and Satisfactory, both use Unreal Engine and both minimum requeriments are +2GB VRAM but my 750 is just 1GB. Unreal is the common factor... I had to play JFO with these graphics lol
Apparently the game doesn't like it when your GPU's app tries to override its graphics settings, no matter how high you set them externally, and it'll automatically set it to the lowest setting despite whatever it says its set to in the menu. The setting in question is anisotropic filtering.
Some research lead me to find out that this problem also exists for Nvidia owners, and the same thing will happen with the AF settings and Nvidia software as well.

here is your confirmation. I can see you don't want to play under Low setting. must be at least Medium or above.
1: Don't download it. because your specs is not strong enough.
2: You can still play but you can only choose Low Setting with your current specs and play around 30FPS or so.
3: I say you should wait and buy a new better gaming pc with latest strong graphic card. RTX 30 series is release fall 2020. getting a 2080 Ti now is your choice.

edited: if you want there is a PS4 version with all good graphic but still run at 30fps. well at least for now better than your pc. low setting, hair work is not as you expected might be blur and shadow quality is low.
yes it is possible to play it with a few tweaks on the graphics, your graphics card can handle the game with 35~45 fps

I mean, i have no problem playing red dead redemtion 2 on max, this game should allow me to play at least on high settings with no sudden drop in fps.
They will patch it soon tho, it is well known among community that the game needs a patch, so I would recomand waithing for patch.

GTX 1060 is not high end, but it is still not a pushover. Even with a 1050 Ti, Doom Eternal runs fine. Thus, this game requires a high end card.
This game is unoptimized and heavily demanding. You need GTX 1080 or better to play 1080p with high settings without any stutters. Don't even think about 1440p without at least 1080 Ti.
If you compare TFLOPs of PS4 and these PC requirements. It is clear that they did not port it efficiently. The switch from PS4 > PC left a significant impact on performance.
Did I mention, people are constantly reporting and streaming crashes on Twitch?
After all parts are downloaded use 7 zip to open it ( if there are multiple parts you only need to open the first one, the rest is done automatically)
then if you see a big file in the folder you will need to open it again with 7 zip. Do this until you see the game launcher or a setup exe file. If you open the setup file with administator rights check in all the boxes and start the download. When it completes the game should be available to play.
All of this is from experience but might not be 100% correct. Every game is different to download.

The game suffer from a lot of technical issues, they're not game breaking, but aside from the PCI bug they're at worst annoying.
Btw, I got the PS4 version for quite a while already but didn't had the time to play far yet. Might actually play the PC version as I like mouse aiming far better.
If this has been cracked yet, what's the problem Death Stranding? Also still waiting for Anno 1800, even though I bought the King's Edition by now. Want to make sure that I'm still being able to play it once Uplay is down, Ubisoft bankrupts or some other reason for why I can't play the bought one anymore...
