Hey, the file from gdrive modifies the browser and installs some adware expansion ("Silly county"). Starting it is enough, even if you immediately cancel it. don't even start with such nuisances!
Are you new to the internet? You surely don't have any ad blocker, and you just downloaded a third party virus in form of a pop-up asking you to "allow" something on the browser, or installed an EXE thinking it was the actual game files.
no the gdrive link is the same as the rest. make sure you download the correct file, you may get an exe ad download but you can close it and it shouldn't modify your browser in any way.
