how do i install this game? i load the setup but the exe kept saying i dont have admin rights, cannot create game folder??? I run the exe as administrator, same problem occurs. Please help anyone?

Can't seem to get this working? Downloaded all three MegaUp parts, extracted them together, but when I mount the iso and try to autorun it/use the setup.exe, it keeps saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." - even though I'm on the admin account of my PC. O.o
Even as somewhat well known as this game was, I think it was still under-rated. GTA 3, with genuinely clever humor and pitch perfect 50's imagery. I never got to play the 3rd game. But thats nice and interesting to see this on PC out of nowhere.
i can play on high all fine, but got stutter every cutscene, trying to lower the graphics, still got stutter only in cutscene, when in gameplay it's all smooth sailing, anyone got the same problem ?

There are also people who download stuff for "free", play it and still buy the game at a later time. I always download games I'm not sure about for "free" first to give them a try and see if I actually like them or not because looking at pictures and videos isn't the same as playing games myself and if I do like them, I buy them and if not, well, I'm not going to continue playing it even for free. I mean, this "problem" would be solved for some people if every developer/publisher offered demos for all of their games but unfortunately they don't and not everyone has money growing on tree to throw out the window for stuff they don't enjoy.

I don't know much about XBONE hacking but i do know that in private circles there are exploits for the PS4 but these will remain private until the console reaches it's EOL(end of life) for obvious reasons. But they do exist. In the case of the Switch, like i said, fully hackable, the caveat being that it's only specific models, mainly the early ones. Rev 2 units need very specific hacks that are still not polished and the Lite units are unhackable thus far because they have a completely different motherboard than the original ones
