If there's a market for such demands, there will eventually be a supply for it. There probably already is such a thing called "reverse harem genre" and are either buried or so scarce cause the general demand is low. Probably cause the demographic are mostly straight dudes til they make it known through a questionnaire. Still, this site does take requests... So if you can find a game that puts the lady as a protag with a bunch of dudes wanting to please her called "reverse harem genre", let them know so we can be more "cultured". ....But not for me cause I'm in the "mostly straight dude" category. Check out the game Virt-a-Mate. They have many community-made scenes, so you'll be able to find almost anything you want. The download is on Patreon, but you need to a code to unlock the "creator" version. Creator gives you the most customization of scenes. You can find a code on a website that I forgot the name of, but just look up "VaM creator code" and it should be the first or second link.
It might surprise you, you should give it a shot. It has nearly endless content in terms of user-created poses and animations that are updated. You could be on there for hours and hours looking at new content. Unfortunately they are semi limited in character models, but they are working on a sequel.
