I believe the company that made KKND was no more by that time. It was designed and programmed by Australians, you could see some typical Australian features on certain buildings; anyway the couple of small Australian companies who were producing some great stuff in that era were taken over/brought out by companies wanting to become some of the "big guys", only their gasp was too greedy & the companies ended up folding.
