I had the same issue, but it's easy to fix it. You just have to run the file named ''ResidentEvil3_menu'' and then click on ''Run Resident Evil3'' on the top. After you launch the game go to ''Load game'' and you should find all your save files in there. (Sorry for replying so late :P)
