Guys, just google this "Broken HOODLUM crack replaced with Goldberg emu", the second link is a site where there is a repack version with better crack.

I found a FIX! Just look on google for Goldberg_The_Catch_FIX and you should find it. All maps working and unlocked, seems its a Hoodlum related error with the Downloading game thing.
