Its normal you can just prevent the antivirus from removing the game files by excluding the folder from scans you can do this in windows defender in widows 10 by selecting Virus and Threat Detection->Manage Settings->Add or Remove Exclusions Then select whether you want the whole game folder to excluded or just the specific game file that's getting deleted
Bitdefender detected a setup file from an update of a game as a ransomware threat. I never get virus warnings for cracks with Bitdefender but this is the first time I'm getting a ransomware warning from any file actually. I really respect you guys and the work you do so please don't take it the wrong way for me asking if it is actually possible? I currently whitelisted it but if something happened to my laptop then I'm done for :(
The method used to crack games is similar to the method used to code malware! Anti-virus programs will detect the crack as a virus and delete it, even though it isn’t!
I use 2 anti-viruses (malwarebytes and avira) and i have never got any viruses. I've been trusting this site since 2016 and i can say it is completely safe.
HI there ! look i appreciate your efforts a lot with these games and i know you are doing your best tbh this is my go to when i need a game so to summon this up my pc crashed at least 3 times now and i had to reinstall my windows and everything . i downloaded Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City it worked great but my antivirus / windows defender found a virus i ignored it and it crashed . few days ago i downloaded Farm together and it did the same thing i had to delete them at once !! could you please find a way to help please ? (side note ) for Farm together game the files that has to do with steam is the problem Thank you .
Everything is tested and scanned before being uploaded, this website is virus free. If you get a trojan, it's false positive, like explained http://igg-games.com/virus-trojan.html. During the extraction it is recommended to deactivate your antivirus, in addition to placing the files in the list of exceptions of your antivirus.
i did deactivate my antivirus and this when everything crashes for the Farm together game it was steam.api that was detected as a virus ( trojan ) !! :'(
Hey Assassin's creed origins seems to be working but the file cpy-aco.iso cannot be moved ... It says that it is opened elsewhere but I haven't launched anything since the start of my computer. Is it a virus or am I just missing something ?
If you mounted the .iso to install the game and haven't unmounted it, then it's still open in Daemon Tools (and will be open in it even after reboot). Unmount it and you should be able to move/delete it freely.

Ok so this is not a Trojan or virus in the games or downloads at all, i have never had a game that was not clean but my antivirus detected a Trojan on a website redirect from clicking on a link to a game itself. Now its fine that antivirus's detect false positives on a download to a game but it is not fine that the website redirects you to a different website that is detected as a Trojan! There is no such thing as a false positive when it comes to website redirects!

Some games are clear but not others, if your anti virus software removes something thing that has something to do with steam then its most likely not a virus but my anit virus software (Norton) removed a file named Trojan.gen if I didn't have that I would have been fucked. If you don't have good anit virus software don't download games from this website. Remember not all games have viruses not hate to what these guys do but just watch out when downloading games.
Alt + F4 usually force closes the game, otherwise use task manager to end the process, shortcuts to task manager are i believe Ctrl + Alt + Esc or you can press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and click start task manager, when task manager is open find the task that looks most like the uncloseable window and click end.

Argo, there's a definite chance that their files could be filled with trash, while others are safe and sound. - For instance, the cracked files that involve ISOs aren't always bad, but the rare autoplays aren't considered a "positive sign". when i went to download far cry 3 blood dragon windows defender detected a virus (not sure if malware bytes did) it said that it detected malware. My heart stopped then i was panicking. So i deleted the game as fast as i could and done about 100 quick and full scans and i didn't see nothing so im contemplating about trying to download it again.
Now,to make it clear,no matter what your Anti-Virus says,I can guarantee you that none of these files have anything wrong in them,I downloaded a bunch of games from here,and my PC is fine.

It's not a virus, it just false positive scan. Many Game Developer paid the Antivirus Developer to scan crack files so we forced to bough an Original one:).

After visiting one of the sites where your games are uploaded I was receiving avast messages that the suspicious file has been detected. I wouldn't note it if it hadn't pop-up every few minutes for three days! I had scanned my computer with Malwarebytes and then that ad-ware/rootkit/file that downloaded that suspicious files has been deleted. Watch out! ( The name of this site probably starts with "f" and it has an option to download with manager. I don't remember exactly)
In a nutshell... Antivirus uses heuristic scanning to detect "new" viruses which they do not have in their virus database. The way that most cracks work, the coding & such - leads to some antivirus software believing that the crack is a virus, when in fact it's not. Basically... Upgrade away from AVG ^_^
