If you want to be the baddest girl under the sun, I guess the Fallout games(especially the first ones) are still among the best, because back then, you could really do anything and you didn't have to follow the storyline closely. You can literally screw everybody. lol There's even a children mod for Fallout 2 if you want to be REALLY bad... lol
