this is a short, but not terrible game (considering its horse based), only takes a few hours to complete

This actually is a unicorn game out there (or alicorn, if you prefer, seeing as the main character has wings), Pryzm: Chapter One - The Dark Unicorn for the PS2.
It wasn't that good of a game, but it does let you play as a winged unicorn.
