there is no update for this crack version right ? In the Steam version, I heard that they've already updated to ver 1.2 and add some new scene in the game
finally finished it. it kind of dulled out when the protag finally fits himself in in the town folks or whatever you could call that. I suggest reading it after the scene where they finally power up a single light bulb. after that either you could go on or stop there. definitely buying this on a discount once I recover financially from the God virus. not a priority though.
beautifully written. gorgeous art style. the characters fits into the bg perfectly. haaa. I just finished this and I'm kinda feeling emotional lmao. first thing first. my rating for this 9/10. the story came up with unexpected lines. my intuition on figuring how the story flows is pure garbage in face of this vn. it surprise me. but if you already read trinoline you might get the gist of the main story flow I guess. hmm. since the story were written by the one who wrote if my heart had wings. I already knew it will be a masterpiece. the bgm composed by the one who made grisaia series. both combined crafting this beautifully written vn. very recommended. it has all your needs. bromance included. my sweetheart only have 2 cg tho. tsk, but I forgive them since she's pretty happy with her life. 9/10
So, this is a game for people with emotional inhibition as opposed to sexual inhibition? My guess would be a generic self-insert main character to play the hero. And probably a couple of thirty year old japanese voice actresses talking like five year olds to make the players feel safe with their low self-esteem.
I'm on the opening part. this is the 2nd time I'll read a makura VN (first being ikikoi). they really have this weird way of writing that somehow keeps you going.
This one is a good read, not gonna lie, the moe art is quite generic, but the writing makes up for it. And yes, for you fappers out there, there's no "pondy" on this one, better look else where ;)
I have problems playing with VNs mainly because I just can't sit in front of my computer, clicking, reading, again and again and again which totally bores me to quitting the game. But they say some of the best stories told through VNs so it's a dilemma for me. Anyone's the same?
I've been reading VNs since 2010 when I started college because it's boring in the dormitories if you're alone then I just browsed for things that can kill time and I saw that reading visual novels is a good past time, so I looked up for some good visual novels for beginners and found Muvluv Alternative, I was hooked and confused because I was supposed to read the prequels Muvluv and Unlimited, it's a long vn so usually when I get bored, I stop reading it for a while then play other games or watch some movie then go back to reading again. Having laptop helps because you can just lay in bed then click away.
Yes and no. Personally, there is alot of good Visual Novels that tells a good story. Unfortunately in my experience, alot of the translation into English is terrible. I'd suggest reading the original version for a better experience.
I tried some VN with ninja catgirls(not nekopara) on the doki doki lit club hype i had. Got bored of it halfway through, made macro that clicks the "next dialogue" button for me whenever i say "NEXT" using voice recognition, got bored of it again then used text to speech system to make macro that readed the voice lines for me... ONLY then i made it through, half asleep... Haven't touched any VN ever since and i'm skipping all of them every time i find em.
you'll gonna have to find some writing that will hook you into the story. I cannot say what will hook you that will depend a lot on your reading mood. or maybe you're just on a burnout spree.
Well, it's more or less like when someone starts reading a book after a long time. You first have to get used to the feeling of "sitting down to read". You could start with something less of a VN, something more gamelike... I would like to recommend Zero Escape: The Nonary Games (i like to think of it as a roguelite-VN with puzzles) and Danganronpa (lots of interesting characters and an amazing soundtrack.)
Maybe. I came from games that heavily emphasized gameplay instead of the story. But, just recently I've taken a liking on literature, so I started shifting toward games with deep and engaging story. Most of the time people told me to pick up VNs but as I said before, sitting-clicking-and-reading only definitely didn't sit well with me. Probably the problem's just me not used to "sitting down to read". I guess I'll try this game and see for myself whether I can put up with it or yet again delete the game feeling unsatisfied. Cheers!
you could try with more hybrids types of VN, Baldr sky, kamidori alchemy meister, those are more emphasiced in gameplay tht your usual VN, specially kamidori. if you want to try more heavy text good VNs when you get used to them, you can try grisaia series, some VNs from Key, like rewrite, wich i love. And if you want a complex VN you can play YU-NO a very complex visual novel with an awesome routing where choices matters... a lot
it's probably something specific to VNs, I read a lot, when I bought this Three Kingdoms series, I'd spent an entire week reading whenever I could and finished thousands of pages, no problem. But something about VNs just doesn't feel right. Come to think of it, the clicking to read is quite immersion breaking tbh
its okay. since when you play VN there is only 3 aspect that you can enjoy. the BGM, the Arts, and the Story. if you someone that like horror story of course heart light warming is not your cup of tea. make you wanna just skiping the story for the important plot or ending. its about prefference. if story not enjoyable for you then dont, simple as that. i mean do you really wanna go through 20 hour text reading with story that you didnt like?
No matter how many VN you read, you'll reach a point where it's too boring to keep going, don't worry I do too and I haven't ready VN for 3 years now. I suggest try to immense yourself with something entirely different, hopefully you'll found it refreshing sooner or later to read VN again.
