Graphics might be very realistic and technically impressive, but what's the point if they look soulless as hell? That's a big 'meh' for me; good graphics are more about solid direction and aesthetics than about the tech and high fidelity. In this game's particular case, I like the style, I don't think it looks bad, but I'm very partial to sci-fi mechs and vehicles. With that said, it does look generic and bland as hell if you're not into that, so I can definitely see why someone would say the graphics are 'meh'.
