Once downloaded just unzip and drop in the game folder. BTW you can also download the game and get the score file at http://moriyashrine.org just google search the site and 'touhou 11'

A typical idiotic person who will bash something without even researching it, this kind of person is why the world is rolling on a downhill. Touhou is a long running franchise of games. It's a hell bullet shooter game and the best thing about this is that the BGM are all great every boss and stages has their own BGMs.
