feels like a newgrounds game

The download file name is ( The.Hand.of.Glory.Part.2-COD EX.rar ) , is that mean its contain the part 1 and part 2 together ? or its only part 2 ?
Edit : I install it , I confirm that this is the part1 and part2 together in this game .

This is part one of the game.
The game is divided into two chapters and Part II will be released in the fall, probably in September 2020
