First go to where the CD is, then go codex and copy it contents after that go to desktop and find the application. Right clicked the game, then go to properties then click open file location You can copy the codex to it
A shit load of games on this site come with multiplayer, either thru the no steam crack or hamachi thru lan. Literally search multiplayer and you'll find page after page of games that support multiplayer. Alright, i got it. There is 2 files to change: CONQUER and steam_emu. Inside those files there is a line "language", u just have to replace it by what u want :)

Anyway, none of that is excusable. The size is large because they know they can get away with it in a world where COD can be over 200GB in size. It is an UNoptimized game and contains non-essential extras that are mandatory.
Tiberium Wars and especially Generals had a LOT of success. Many people also play them today. I think you fast forwarded too many years since Generals appeared in 2003-2004 and the things went bad much later.
i suppose they did this because the first command and conquier was a msdos game and even with dosbox emulator it runs terrible and those huge file size it must be the bonus gallery and the shitload of maps
